Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to evaluate their financial needs and develop solutions that help them meet their objectives.
  • Manage financial reporting and accounting functions, assisting clients with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Prepare analysis, commentary, and presentations for client financial and management reporting.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that drive business performance.
  • Assist clients in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • CPA or CFA certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting standards.
  • Proven experience managing financial reporting and accounting functions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
