Responsibilities
- Work with clients to evaluate their financial needs and develop solutions that help them meet their objectives.
- Manage financial reporting and accounting functions, assisting clients with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Prepare analysis, commentary, and presentations for client financial and management reporting.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Collaborate with clients to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that drive business performance.
- Assist clients in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- CPA or CFA certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting standards.
- Proven experience managing financial reporting and accounting functions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
