Bartender
RockCreek is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individual to join our bar team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of steps of service and table maintenance.

Position includes hourly rate, tips, and if qualified, based on average hours worked, a health, dental, and vision plan after the measurement and administration periods.
Bartenders participate in tip sharing, more commonly referred to as tipping-out. Tip sharing is when a tipped employee shares a percentage of their allocated tips with another employee who assisted with this service.
Job Requirements
- Work nights and weekends.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Work bar while maintaining service standards.
- Prep and set up bar pre-service.
- Clean and reset bar post-service.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience in a full-service, high volume restaurant
- Enjoys food, wine, and spirit education
- Understands service standards and attention to detail
- Clean work habits and personal grooming
- Resourceful and well organized
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Maintains knowledge of recipes, bar terminology, and techniques
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers
- Self motivated and punctual
- A desire to grow and take constructive feedback
Wage Range and Benefits
- Hourly Wage is $ plus tips.
- Training / meeting wage is $
- Tip pooling policy exists when more than one bartender / FOH staff on duty.
- Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours worked.
- Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and the 4th of July.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision plan election after 6-month lookback period if eligible based on hours worked.
