Minimum three years of design experience in the consulting engineering industry. Candidate will be responsible for technical performance as well as possess diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Must have the ability to apply techniques, modifications and theories and have the ability to make decisions independently while still utilizing guidance from other engineers and project managers.

Essential Job Responsibilities Design mechanical systems for commercial buildings (project size will vary based upon experience) Takes ownership of all aspects related to project Plans and schedules project production coordinating with lead engineers Perform load calculations & code research Coordinate with internal team members including engineers, admins, and drafters Coordinate with external team members such as owners, architects, sub consultants Conduct periodic job site observations Skills Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office and CAD, BlueBeam and REVIT software Ability to communicate effectively Work collaboratively with others Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited four-year college or university Prefer a minimum of 3 years of experience in the MEP industry Registration as an EIT (or goal to obtain within the first year of employment) Quality of Leadership Promotes positive attitude and image Possesses excellent motivational skills Shows fairness and consistency;

A salary range is anticipated to be $73,000 - $97,000 and is based upon multiple factors including level of experience, size of project experience, professional registrations and applicant knowledge, skills, and abilities.
