Position Summary :

Responsible for providing beverage service to all casino customers in an efficient courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Must be willing to work all shifts.
• Picks up empty glasses and returns them to the proper area.
• Assists in the preparation of drink orders as required (icing glasses, garnishing drinks).
• Works in assigned area, taking drink orders, presenting drinks to customers, accepting payment and giving change when necessary.
• Maintains a clean station at all times and performs assigned sidework duties such as stocking coffee, glasses, cream, sugar, beverage napkins, etc.
• Cleans and replaces dirty ashtrays.
• Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
• Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
• Knows the menu items, specials, and prices.
• Knows current wine list and has an understanding of the different wines.
• Completes all sidework and other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
• Offers assistance to all guests regardless of where they are seated.
• Upholds standards by setting examples with appearance and work ethic.
• Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times.

Housekeeping Room Attendants maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, all the while providing amazing service to our guests along the way.

Essential Job Functions :

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities which include, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, disposing trash and servicing guest rooms daily.
• Replace linens on beds and replenish guest room supplies, empty wastebaskets. Rearrange furnishings, drapes and room accessories.
• Provide necessary linen and amenities to guests in accordance with the guest room legend.
• Assist in the movement of linen throughout the hotel.
• Leave rooms in uniform arrangement as determined by the Housekeeping management team and make sure the room / door is securely closed and locked.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain professional etiquette with all guests and team members
• Report any damage, hazards, repairs, and strangers in assigned areas.
• Return any items found in guest rooms, hallways, or back of the house to the Housekeeping department as a lost and found item.
• Assist house attendant in cleaning and maintaining the public areas as needed.
• Clean all corridors and service areas.
• Must follow all disinfecting and sanitizing policies
• Restock the cart at the end of your shift and organize the closet / workspace to prepare for the next day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• This position will work outside and in non-gaming areas of the facility. This position will not work on the gaming floor, in restricted areas, or in a capacity that provides security for gaming assets.
• Performs specific security duties as outlined by the Security Department policies and procedures to ensure the protection of all company assets as well as the safety and welfare of guests and team members.
• Prepares reports as required.
• Assist in the implementation of emergency procedures.
• Handles patrons inquires and complaints and will solicit the support of a PGCB Licensed Security Supervisor as necessary.

Security Officer I will not resolve gaming related complaints.

• Security Officer I will patrol the garage and the perimeter of the property to ensure the safety and security of guests and team members.
• Security Officer I will assist patrons and team members with disabled vehicles, traffic, and other duties as assigned.
• Security Officer I will be utilized for both indoor and outdoor events in non-gaming areas. This includes, but not limited to : Restaurants, Banquet Rooms, Event Centers, and other non-gaming areas on Rivers Casino Pittsburgh property.
• Security Officer I will patrol / be posted in non-gaming areas of the casino and The Landing Hotel to ensure the safety and security of guests and team members and to provide crowd control services.
• Security Officer I will work Events where underage guests may be present on the second floor. This position will monitor and maintain a visual of the underage guests while attending the event.
• Security Officer I will be asked perform bag searches, pat-downs, and operate a metal detector
