Day-in-the-Life of a Retail Supervisor :

• Supervise and help Store Associates with daily operational tasks.
• Tend to merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram.
• Perform proper receiving and stocking procedures.
• Count and reconcile cash register drawers.
• Prepare deposits and order change from the bank.
• Ensure store inventory is regularly inspected, removed, or rotated according to the Product Freshness Review Schedule.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates.
• Design a monthly schedule and assign work to foster an efficient and effective workflow.

Education and / or Experience :

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level.

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the sanitation of the Distribution Center facility.The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid's brand and strategy andadhere to our core values and service attributes.

Operates a variety of electrically powered industrial trucks to perform functions such as stock replenishing, receving, loading and unloading and shipping as needed by function.

Usually requires use of PC, handheld RF guns, technical and WMS equipment.The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid's brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.

The primary purpose of this position is responsible for the accurate shipping of products to meet company standards of safety, security, and productivity.

Responsible for operating machinery for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, counting, picking, and preparing merchandise for shipment.

The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid's brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.

Responsible for the expedient and accurate handling of merchandise into and / or out of the warehouse. The primary purpose of this position is to determine the cases to be picked and transport them to the conveyor belt.
