Sr. Manager, International Logistics
Position Summary :
The Senior Manager, International Logistics is a key member of the Logistics team reporting to the Director, Logistics. In this role, you will lead a team to provide day-to-day management of and guidance for the International Logistics function.
This role requires a blended leadership approach. Given Regal Rexnord’s centralized sourcing strategy, this leader must partner with Logistics Sourcing to support all RFQ activities to include lane rates, accessorial charges, mode selection, etc.
Successful collaboration with Sourcing will be required to support effective relationship management with our international freight partners.
The role directly owns the execution of the logistics plan ensuring an outstanding customer experience at the most optimized cost.
Leading a team also requires a passion for team building and talent development. This role is the corporate subject matter expert for International Logistics and will have demonstrated success in providing best-in-class strategies and tactics.
Prior experience managing all aspects of international logistics (Carrier / Forwarder relationships, KPI management, stakeholder management, etc.).
Major Responsibilities :
- Reviews and evaluates all aspects of the International Transportation Function (Imports and Exports) and consistently looks for opportunities to optimize the business while improving the customer experience.
- Creates, identifies and implements effective forecasting and tracking tools for International Freight.
- Collaborates across the Business Units and Functions to ensure shipments are moving efficiently, determining the most advantageous and economical method of shipments for Regal Rexnord.
- Coaches / mentors International Logistics team to manage complex intercontinental transportation issues.
- Collaborates with Logistics Sourcing to develop enhanced processes for International Shipments. Areas to drive improvement include : implementing interactive quoting and communicating real-time insights leveraging existing shipment tracking platforms with Freight Forwarders.
- Develops team to ensure standardization of process to support quotations and routing direction for all International Shipments.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with International Freight business partners resulting in the most cost-efficient ocean and ground transportation rates.
- Collaborates and supports Logistics Sourcing to perform RFQ process ensuring continuous improvement, competitive rates and accessorial costs.
This includes reviewing pricing tariffs with carriers when initiating bids and demonstrating engagement during contract negotiations.
- Ensures seamless integration between Customer Service, Sales, Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations to facilitate internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Leads a team that coordinates movement of finished goods, raw materials and equipment between Regal domestic and foreign operations as well as offshore suppliers.
- Establishes real-time processes to track inbound and outbound shipping activities through the full purchase order lifecycle ensuring that plants, shipping schedules, and transportation requirements are being met.
- Partners with Logistics Sourcing to manage carrier performance metrics to include carrier performance reviews.
- Identifies key metrics, effectively tracking performance and adjusting providers, modes, routes efficiently in order to reduce cost and improve the customer experience.
- Ensures that KPI’s are prepared and published to internal stakeholders.
- As the SME for International Logistics, is expected to stay current with market trends and / or other events that may impact movement of freight.
Is expected to cascade information as needed to business partners.
Required Education / Experience / Skills :
- Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation or Freight Operations)
- 5-7 Years of experience leading international or global logistics teams
- Knowledge of customs, customs compliance requirements and import / export processes
- Experience working with Freight Forwarders
- Continuous Improvement mindset. Formal experience with 80 / 20, Lean process and / or Lean certification is a plus
- Demonstrated success developing a high performing team
- Data driven decision maker, who has a bias to take action with urgency

Finance Compliance Analyst
Scope of Leadership Role
The Compliance Analyst II role is a full-time role and reports to the Compliance Manager with significant visibility to various stakeholders throughout the Company, including Segment Controllers and functional leadership.
The Compliance Analyst II role will support the Controls and Compliance function in providing guidance, proactive support to Regal Rexnord’s finance teams on accounting policies and internal controls to ensure the appropriate application of US GAAP, compliance with the Company’s accounting policies, and consistency throughout the organization.
This role is located in the Milwaukee, WI or Rosemont, IL locations and requires a Moderate ability to travel (10-25%)
Key Responsibilities
This role will support continuous improvement initiatives in the Company’s compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and internal policies by partnering with control owners across the global organization to implement and document new sustainable controls and remediate control deficiencies.
The Compliance Analyst II will also assist with regular and recurring reviews of internal controls and financial processes, identifying opportunities to automate and standardize processes, and engaging with key stakeholders to support implementation.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist the Compliance Manager in ensuring that business groups adhere to proper internal control practices including compliance with finance policies and procedures.
- Perform periodic reviews, investigations, data gathering, and other internal controls and compliance projects as assigned by management.
- Assist in administration of Financial Close Management tools (Blackline; OneStream) and status reporting of task completion to finance leadership.
- Assist business groups with implementing new controls, policies, accounting guidance, etc.
- Coordinate with and support internal and external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit.
- Assist business groups in the development of action plans and remediation of audit findings.
- Complete assigned projects and ensure milestones are achieved per agreed upon due dates.
- Proactively communicate and support site and finance leaders to drive engagement and continuous improvement in internal controls and compliance projects.
- Create and complete project documentation and written reports in a manner consistent with department standards, and communicate results to our business partners up to a Vice President level.
- Continually seek greater understanding of business processes, related risks and identify gaps between the risks and the controls within the process and advise business partners as required.
Professional Experience / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance at a minimum, with a CPA or CIA certification preferred.
A minimum 2 years’ experience with PCAOB audit Standards and 2013 COSO Framework (or educational equivalent) is strongly desired.
The candidate should also possess the following :
- Excellent communication and people skills, both verbal and written, with personnel at all levels of the organization.
- Intellectual curiosity : strong ability to want to learn and solve complex problems and suggest / implement process improvements with a collaborative and optimistic attitude.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ years of internal audit, public accounting, or equivalent experience with SOX compliance.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrated prioritization and decision-making skills.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills; professional and ethical demeanor at all times.
