What we are looking for :

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required
  • LLSW (required in MI / IL, preferred in PA), LSW or LCSW preferred
  • LCSW required (for MI and IL)
  • One (1) year of experience in a health care setting preferred

What we are looking for :

Must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
