What we are looking for :
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required
- LLSW (required in MI / IL, preferred in PA), LSW or LCSW preferred
- LCSW required (for MI and IL)
- One (1) year of experience in a health care setting preferred

What we are looking for :
Must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Minimum of one year healthcare experience
