Warehouse Day associates are responsible for receiving in bound goods, put away, replenishment of pick locations, location consolidation, inventory control and general housekeeping.
Responsibilities
Safely and properly unload a trailer of product, verify the load for accuracy and stage for put away.
- Pick and pack orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice directed picking or paper picket tickets.
- Meet individual productivity and accuracy standards as identified through Labor Management (LM) metrics.
- Required to safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) to include forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and / or clamper truck or attachment.
- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns and tools for the purpose of maintaining proper inventory levels and proper location of goods in the warehouse.
- Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed.
- Interact with associates during the hand-off from shift to shift. Frequently will have interaction with delivery personnel, and the early morning receiving crew.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferably one year warehouse experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required to obtain certification and safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) to include forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and / or clamper truck or attachment.

Merchandiser
Overview
Pack out shelves, stocks and build displays that are pre-authorized by sales team and / or account.
Responsibilities
- Stocks shelves, racks, cases, bins and / or tables with merchandise and arranges merchandise displays to attract customers.
- Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, on floor.
- Checks quantities of goods on display and in stock and services the account to achieve 100% in stock by manually lifting and placing cases or bottles.
- Prepares, constructs and maintains product displays according to schematics, directions and standards.
- Operates hand trucks and pallet jacks to move cases from store room to sales floor.
- Has the necessary POS needed for the day on the truck, returns unused POS to the warehouse promptly.
- Maintains all administrative work in a neat and legible fashion. Copies key personnel on market conditions, refused displays and other customer issues.
- Submits daily activity report and merchandising reports. Prepares and maintains required paperwork, reports and records.
- This position could require the employee to work some nights, some weekends, and / or some holidays.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferably one year merchandising experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires a current, valid state driver's license, ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the Company and Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state.
The employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and will occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
CDL Delivery Driver
Load and / or drives truck over established route to deliver products and potentially collect non- cash payments.
- Properly conducts a pre and post trip inspection, notating any vehicle defects. Abides by the DOT hours of service rules and regulations for their license type.
- Accurately delivers invoiced products by bottle, case, pallet or hand-stack from the delivery truck and placing said merchandise into customer account.
- Verifies receipt of correct order with the customer by checking product type and size against the provided invoice, obtains customer signature and payment if necessary, for goods received.
- Ensures physical security of truck at all times.
- Delivers to approximately 19 accounts daily. May deliver up to 30 accounts during times of increased account activity.
- Covers approximately 160 miles daily, miles occasionally increase anywhere from 200 to 300 miles during times of increased account activity or out of town routes.
- Possibility to work with one or more helpers.
- Provide feedback to transportation management in terms of route changes or route concerns.
- May utilize a smartphone for interaction with hours of service (HOS) software and / or driver monitoring programs.
- Class A or B CDL required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferably two years delivery experience and / or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience. The employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and will occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

Summary :
Oversees loading of delivery trucks and maintains equipment during the night shift. Provides the supervision, leadership and training for all warehouse staff.
Ensures the security, proper location, storage, delivery and safe handling of inventories.
Essential duties :
- Determines work procedures, prepares routing and expedites workflow in order to load delivery trucks for distribution the following day.
- Manages 3-5 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 25+ employees in the Warehouse.
- Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;
addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Responsible for maintaining all inventoried products in the warehouse facility and ensuring the following :
- That installed security systems, procedures, and measures are in proper working order, that their use and implementation are clearly understood by warehouse employees and that they are utilized and enforced in order to eliminate pilferage and loss of product.
- That company receiving procedures are regularly employed by properly trained, fully competent personnel and that established documentation procedures are consistently followed to ensure accurate entry of quantities received into the warehouse inventory control system.
- That approved will calls and spa orders are accurately filled and made available for pickup in a timely manner meeting all policies and procedures of such.
Requirements :
Associates degree from a two year college or technical school preferred; three to five years previous warehouse management and / or training experience;
or equivalent combination of education and experience. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, and must possess a valid forklift certification.

Republic National Distributing Company is looking for a high quality individual, with experience repairing and maintaining Rapistan and Intelligrated high speed conveyor systems, to join our team.
The position requires you to work, on site, Monday Friday from 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.
Basic Requirements
Intricate knowledge of a sortation conveyor system that comprises both air and chain driven components. The ability to repair and maintain all parts of the system.
PLC and scanner knowledge is a must. Rapistan APC, Intelligrated Accu-Glide and Intellisort, Axiom Accu-sort Scanners and Stuart Glapat Adjustoveyor extenders are the primary components of our air and chain driven system.
Ability to organize and follow a preventative maintenance schedule.
Ability to communicate with other members of the maintenance team.
Strong electrical aptitude.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
