Customer Service Rep Responsibilities :

Provides accurate information regarding program information to participants, co-workers, supervisors and the general public.

Identifies and assesses client’s concern and provides assistance through detailed and clear explanation.

Resolves customer issues by demonstrating the ability to assist dissatisfied or frustrated callers through patience, compassion and understanding, while remaining professional and maintaining composure.

Executes File Room duties including receiving files, retrieving files, updating files and maintain records.

Receives and distributes incoming mail and documentation to proper personnel.

Demonstrates excellent customer service to all internal and external customers at all times.

Refers calls and e-mails to the proper personnel.

Retrieves and updates information from SAHA computer systems.

Monitors the queue in the Assisted Housing Programs lobby and uses independent judgment to resolve waiting issues.

Production Packager Shift :

6am to 4 : 30 pm Monday to Thursday (some Fridays and Saturdays for OT!!)

Production Packager pay : $14

Production Packager duties :

• Working on a line environment, monitoring production flow
• Inspecting items to ensure quality of products
• Cycle counts and packaging of items according to product and orders
• Boxing finished product and get it shipping ready
• Operating production Machines by inserting raw product and making adjustments as needed

Climate controlled facility! Steel toe shoes required.

As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for the coordination of the stores on-site activities, handling receipt, stocking, and shipping of products;

staging and delivering customer orders; and all transactions with the business and local vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Warehouse (includes some delivery)

• Using material handling equipment, inbound and outbound shipments, loads and unloads trucks, locates and picks material into / out of warehouse racks and between locations, Log inbound freight (UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, DHL).
• Safely operates assigned material handling equipment. Ensures that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition.

Reports all accidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor.

• Stocking and arranging of product to ensure warehouse turns of inventory.
• Determines accurate material quantities by cycle counting.
• Receives material into inventory, move material by quantity between designated locations, and locate / pick material to / from warehouse locations as required.
• Ensures accurate part number, quantity, and other data fields entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, location;

Resolves discrepancies with material quantities, part numbers.

• Locates parts insuring that pallets are stable, observing pallet heights, material, racking and equipment are not damaged, and material is not left in aisles.
• Practices safe material handling techniques.
• Performs housekeeping as assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime / weekends, as required

Looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to repair, troubleshoot and maintain machinery & mechanical equipment such as :

• Engines
• Motors

Maintenance Mechanic will assist in evaluating and developing solutions to determine modifications necessary for existing and new equipment to improve the function of plant machinery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conducts machine setup, trouble shooting, repairs and preventative maintenance
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance
• Enters data and maintenance of process records, work reports, and maintenance logs
• Cleans and maintains equipment
• Troubleshoots all electrical & mechanical issues on shift
• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment
• Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine
• Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts (i.e. removing pumps, motors, filters, pipes)
• Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements or replacements
• Provide unscheduled repairs of equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment
• Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery
• Repairs and replaces electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment
• Lays out, assembles, installs and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment
• Follows correct housekeeping and safety procedures
• Documents performance of assigned maintenance technicians
• Assures all machines are appropriately guarded
• Abides by all safety programs and PPE
• Performs other duties as assigned
