You’ll perform upkeep and janitorial duties so that your property is always in great condition, demonstrating pride in your building and grounds.

Assist in preparation of vacant units with maintenance team. Provide excellent customer service to residents while performing job duties.
Inspect property and equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality. Perform snow removal and / or landscaping as needed.
Maintain building supplies and inventory in proper condition. Communicate with management to address safety concerns as needed.
Support site and office operations as assigned by manager.
