About The Role
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the content briefing, content calendar, scheduling, posting and community management for all social media content on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Oversee management of the brands influencer program, including outreach to new influencers identified by PR agency, retaining high performing influencers for repeat visits, tracking posts, providing content for paid media to growth team and tracking and reporting of results
- Manage the calendar of activities for New Center Openings to build community, drive WOM and build B2B relationships in partnership with the center manager
- Own the planning and execution for offsite and in-center invents, including the creation of a playbook and checklist, creation of marketing materials and branded swag
Supporting Role
- Support on PR initiatives including the scheduling of VIP editor appointments, and supporting on press moments such as events or new center opening activations
- Support on development of materials for center or internal brand initiatives from operations, education, people and retail teams
Timelines and Reporting
- Own and maintain all necessary resources & decks in preparation of and for weekly cross-functional meetings and major marketing milestones
- Lead post-campaign reporting, creating scorecards and cross-functional KPI reports to provide insights and learnings that help inform future strategies and marketing plan
- Guide the calendar and end-to-end timeline for all marketing initiatives, grounded in driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver a best-in-class omnichannel customer experience
Experience & Skills Needed For Success
- 3-5 years of high performance work experience, including experience with brand marketing
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and the desire to bring structure to undefined procedures
- Strong presentation skills and ability to synthesize findings into digestible forms
- Elevated level of professionalism, a fast thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Ruthless prioritizer, with ability to adjust priorities on the fly as business needs evolve
- Impeccably organized, with an uncanny attention to detail
- Crisp verbal and written communicator, open to feedback

About the MedArrive Social Worker Role :
Our Social Workers play a vital role at MedArrive and this is an ideal position for the individual who has passion, devotion, and desire to impact the lives of the patients and families in our community.
We are looking for passionate and experienced licensed Social Workers to partner with our Field Operation teams as we expand our services in Texas.
What Youll be Doing :
- Responsible for an assigned patient panel by assessing and addressing social determinant needs for patients, in collaboration with the medical team
- Educate patients and families to support improvement in health literacy
- Research and identify community resources to connect patients with organizations to help with housing, food insecurity, employment, childcare, etc.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the Managed Medicaid provider to help connect patients with medical care and to encourage follow-up with their PCP, chronic care Provider, and mental health treatment
- Partner and work strategically across the MedArrive team to build a replicable Playbook and Implementation Plan for future programs
- Incorporate feedback from daily operations to improve assigned patient panel outcomes as well as the initial program model
- Maintain timely patient medical records and documentation consistent with state regulations and MedArrive standardsParticipate in continuing education as required by the state in which you are licensed
- Other related duties as deemed necessary
Minimum Requirements :
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- 3 - 5 years of experience providing social work / case management services
- Experience and proficiency working with an Electronic Medical Record system
- Ability to communicate and interact with Senior Leadership and external executive audiences
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills to ensure that each of your interactions with patients, families, and team members is effective and meaningful
Preferred Requirements :
- Experience in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, Public Health
- Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred.
Skills & Abilities :
- Energy and enthusiasm consistent with working for a startup; ability to self-teach in order to problem solve, takes initiative
- Demonstrated understanding of community resources in Texas, with a particular focus on Houston and / or Dallas
- Successful at patient engagement and utilizing motivational interviewing techniques
- Successful track record of establishing credibility and trust with a diverse patient population
- Strong critical thinking, creative problem solving, judgment, and client management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
- Strong organizational skills; ability to remain organized and productive in a fast-paced work environment with competing priorities
