We are searching for a Director of Marketing who can help grow, educate and train through marketing strategy, process and campaign development.
The Director of Marketing will oversee marketing strategy and cultivate our public image to gain market share and inspire confidence in customers.
Ultimately, we need someone who wants to lead and work alongside some of the most innovative and forward-thinking professionals in the home services industry.
Essential Functions : Primary focus will be analytics, process improvement and strategy development of lead generation for the brand(s) assigned.
Manage and maintain oversight of the brand(s), ensuring brand integrity Determine market strategy which includes owned, earned and paid media Develop full funnel strategies around paid and organic lead generation, brand awareness and reputation.
Oversee and / or coordinate production of marketing / communication materials (digital and print), presentations, digital media, website, and social media messaging in the context of the communication strategy.
Supervise relationships with vendors involved in marketing and communications, including preparing and overseeing those budgets.
Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives to support the growth of key clients - inclusive of holistic marketing strategy and deliver on stated goals Develop best in class marketing communications, including contact strategy, audience segmentation and offers to drive customer loyalty and sales Collaboration with other brands / verticals, i.
e. Advocate for customers : Deeply understand user segments to create customer-focused marketing solutions Engage key stakeholders : Collaborate with clients and internal business partners to develop marketing strategies, projects and initiatives that drive growth and greater customer engagement Build engagement plan of record : Own annual plan across managed client portfolios, with ongoing monitoring of key program performance indicators, including sales, receivables, and revenue Drive strategic testing : Oversee test strategies and apply critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues and to ensure overall channel integrity Drive insights : Make break-through decisions and recommendations based on analytics and research Mitigate risk : Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating careful consideration for the firm's reputation Required Qualifications : Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in marketing required Bachelor’s degree required Additional Qualifications : Experience in Franchising and / or Home Services preferred MBA in Business, Marketing or Marketing Management degree preferred Proven track record for successfully managing partner relationships and driving marketing strategies Deep understanding of customer response channels, including acquisitions, existing customer marketing, digital, customer service and sales / retention Experience leading a team, including building strong networks and relationships to drive results Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, while promoting a strong culture of teamwork cross functionally including marketing, technology, and execution Strategic thinking, with the ability to influence others across the organization Creative problem-solving skills and strong sense of ownership Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize initiatives and deliverables Intellectual Capital, proactively seeking and developing new and creative opportunities Demonstrated ability to operate and influence across the organization, including at the C-Suite Level This job description is not a comprehensive list of all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job and is subject to change at any time with or without notice.
