Receptionist Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Receptionist / Administrative Assistant in our property management business.

This person is responsible for answering phones, supporting business operations through administrative tasks, as well as providing courteous and professional direct interaction with prospective and current property owners, tenants and vendors.

This position is often the first point of contact and requires the candidate to be friendly and outgoing while maintaining the utmost professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Answering phones
  • Executive Assistant for Asset Manager
  • Provide administrative support for the office
  • Reception cheerfully and professionally interact with visitors, whether in person, via telephone, and / or email correspondence.

Direct them as appropriate.

  • Maintain the prospective tenant database
  • Assist in work orders, yard care, HOA
  • Data entry and file maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ related experience
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation : $18.00 per hour
