We are looking for motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic office associate to assist our customers with cashiering and customer service at our Delta Shores location. WHAT YOU WILL GET :
- Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, once certified in customer service pay increases to $19.00

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
- Greet and interact with customers by telephone and in person
- Provide customers with information about merchandise and services
- Perform transactions by collecting payments
- Balancing cash drawer to receipts for daily work
- Follow up with customer issues and service requests
- You are expected to be cross trained in our cafe and customer service department
- All other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG :
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to count and manage cash transactions as well as process credit card payments
- Basic computer and typing skills needed
- Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
- Must be dependable and self-motivated
WE WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED We provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload.
