Randall's Restaurant is looking for a Dishwasher to join our experienced kitchen staff.

The Role :

• Our ideal candidate is well organized, can work well within a team, and is used to a fast-paced environment.
• The position is part-time or full-time and includes nights and weekends. No Sundays.

Responsibilities :

• Cleaning pots, pans, dishes.
• Keeping the kitchen clean.
• Sweeping and mopping.
• Assisting with other duties as necessary.

Requirements :

• Dedicated & reliable.
• Self-motivated.
• Must be flexible to work weekends / nights.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Prior experience helpful.

Work Setting :

• The position is part-time .
• Open regularly from Tuesday-Saturday (4 : 00 pm -close).
• Private events may be booked outside our normal business hours.
• Holiday availability is both expected and essential for consideration.

We're conveniently located in the midst of the beautiful rolling hills of Orefield, Pennsylvania - a short drive from Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton.

Randall's Restaurant is looking for an experienced fine dining Server to join our front-of-house team.

Responsibilities :

• Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Enter orders accurately into POS terminals for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Complete knowledge of the food and bar menus, with the expertise to make suggestions.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Collect payments from tables.
• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
• Help food preparation staff when necessary.

Qualifications :

• The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, knowledge of fine dining service and the ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and all staff.
• Previous food service work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is required for consideration.
• The position is part-time and includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements :

• Fine dining experience, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to stand for 5+ hours and carry heavy trays of food.

Work Setting :

• The position is part-time . Must report by 3 : 00 pm.
• Open regularly from Tuesday-Saturday (4 : 00 pm).
• Private events may be booked outside our normal business hours.
• Holiday and weekend availability is both expected and required for consideration.
