Manager
The store manager is responsible for leading all team members in the efficient and profitable operation of Ralph’s Coffee.
He / she is responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, maintaining high store standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment, which provides consistent fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Total Quality Experience for both our customers and team members.
The store manager creates the tone and personality of the store by being an advocate of training, customer service, product knowledge and education, encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to our Guiding Principles and House Rules.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Store Operations :
- Develops and executes sales and profit plans that are in-line with budgetary goals.
- Ensures and is accountable for profitability of the store by growing sales and controlling costs of goods, inventory levels, labor, supplies and expenses.
- Maintains and utilizes daily, weekly, quarterly and annual financial reporting tools.
- Ensures proper team member coverage, scheduling according to the needs of business while maintaining target labor costs.

Position Overview
The Art Director, Home will work as productive member of an established group of creative thinkers and makers at one of the world’s leading lifestyle companies.
The role will partner with the Agency Creative Director and Head of Brand Creative in the delivery of compelling 360 campaigns for Ralph Lauren Home at the in-house advertising agency.
This role is based around the inception, production and execution of marketing and advertising communications that live across multiple platforms and channels globally.
The Art Director, Home will collaborate cross-functionally across teams including Marketing, Home Design, Photo Production, Copy, etc.
to develop concepts and assets that are true to the Ralph Lauren brand while being of the moment. The position reports to V.
P, Creative Director and will touch every communication channel including but (not limited to) digital & print advertising, cross platform video and social media.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with VP brand creative, project managers and other cross functional departments to create a range of brand content and campaign deliverables
- Confidently lead the development and delivery of 360 content campaigns across multiple touch points
- Work with Creative Leadership to refine concept presentation documents, including but not limited to photo and video direction, graphic design, and third-party creative collaboration.
- Confidently lead a high volume of photo and video productions, interacting with internal and external partners with clarity and professionalism
- Lead on set production
- Follow through with content post-production across dynamic deliverables
- Manage retouching to a high standard and taste level
- Ensure that all projects are within deadlines and budget constraints
- Strong photo research and editing ability for utilizing internal archive (RL Library) and outside resources.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- High level experience, preferably including involvement in luxury Home advertising. Fashion also a plus.
- Deep experience commissioning and working with photography from initial concept references to final execution
- Strong interest in the Home décor industry. Sophisticated grasp of elements of home style : architecture, authenticity, regional flavor, etc.
- Competence working with video from developing treatments to working with DPs, directors, editors and motion designers
- Strong Photoshop, InDesign and Keynote skills; working knowledge of other current design applications such as Capture One
- Some experience with Ai (Illustrator) and Premiere and After Effects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic / Art Design or related discipline
