As a Delivery Lead, you will play a vital role in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands.
This person works with our clients to implement the digital roadmap introducing the latest technologies and builds applications that transcend today’s digital world;
fundamentally enabling change for our clients’ businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Accountable for the overall client and project management in the delivery stage. Develop and grow client relationships by acting as a single point of contact and resolve any client issues that arise during the implementation stage.
Oversee and manage the quality of project delivery to ensure client satisfaction by prioritizing and managing client expectations to successful delivery of software development.
Develop strategy and engagement plans to produce project deliverables such as training materials, reference guides, FAQs, stakeholder assessments.
Effectively identify, raise, diagnose, and solve risks or anomalies that impact the project. Create and maintain project portals, metrics, SLA & SLO, executive dashboard, and financial audit reports.
Hands-on implementation of networking / telecom solutions. Develop presentations and deploy communications and facilitate meetings to increase adoption of change initiatives.
Presenting to and managing expectations with C-Level executives and SVPs. Architect overall project approach during pre-sales or a project planning phase.
Review high-level deliverables across projects. Manage scope and mitigate risk across projects. Serve as key participant in team and client meetings.
Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle. Coordinate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines.
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Hands on experience on Kubernetes and docker engine. Exposure of Agile development and DevOps methodologies. Broad understanding of development of Microservices application and their Architecture.
Strong understanding of project management principles. Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical groups.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Hands-on implementation of networking / telecom solutions.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Excellent leadership and senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive changes and convince clients.
Strong computer and software development skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : 5-7 years of Experience; Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Electronics or a related field.
