Yes, this role does exist! RaiseRight, the nation’s leader in gift card fundraising, is looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to add new organizations to the tens of thousands using RaiseRight to achieve their fundraising goals.
You will lead new organization acquisition and will be responsible for attracting and motivating new organizations to join and activate a program through the RaiseRight platform by owning strategy and execution across demand generation and capture, funnel management, nurturing and optimization, through to onboarding and activation.
You’ll lead the strategy definition and execution with support from the broader Marketing team and will help enable the Sales and BDR team.
You will launch campaigns and experiments, measure results and make data-driven decisions. Your ultimate goal is to acquire valuable organizations that will go on to be successful with fundraising on our platform.
What You will Do Drive awareness and lead generation by building and managing a measurable demand gen strategy that includes SEO, SEM / Paid Search, Display and Retargeting, Paid Social, Conversion Optimization, and Email.
Increase the impact of lead generation by analyzing performance across funnel stages and audience segments. Identify opportunities to optimize user experience during new organization onboarding, working with Product Marketing and Sales teams to develop new solutions or content.
Work with design and content team members to create landing pages, blog posts, ad copy, email templates, and collateral.
Own campaign optimization, including a strong test and learn approach. Clearly quantify results and share key takeaways across the team.
Track and report on campaign performance using LTV and cohort analysis. Find growth and optimization opportunities with your own queries and reports Meet monthly spend and ROI goals Share insights throughout the organization Who You Are 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and / or digital marketing Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or the equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated experience leading digital lead generation campaigns leveraging organic and paid channels to meet business goals including hands-on experience with campaign management through AdWords, GDN and Facebook Strong analytical skills (including hands-on experience within HubSpot, GTM and GA), experience with A / B testing, and an ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly Proficient in HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms Experienced in the digital ecosystem, including how SEO, SEM, paid media, content, and sales work together A professional who clearly conveys thoughts and ideas to internal and external audiences Strong writing skills with the proven ability to craft effective case studies, blog posts, or website content A team collaborator who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and a problem solver that keeps the end goal in focus Familiar with the creative development process including writing strategic creative briefs and delivering clear direction and feedback Biased towards action and proven track record of creating winning growth experiments A mentor;
