Finance Manager

Be an ambassador for the brand and your hotel where you will utilize your leadership skills as Finance Manager. Your strong accounting, communication, business presentation and analytical skills will support the support the department and provide outstanding operating results.

What you will be doing :

  • Responsible for entering payroll data into the system, auditing payroll data and maintaining files and records to produce accurate payroll period reports in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Oversee the daily functions of the Accounting department.
  • Assist in preparing the monthly financial statements, variance repots, G / L reconciliations, bank reconciliations, payroll reporting and other reports as determined.
  • Responsible for ensuring daily revenue and reporting, as well as cash collection.

Your experience and skills include :

  • A minimum 2 years in hotel accounting experience and previous accounting experience at a senior level.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and / or finance preferred.
  • Strong PC skills including Excel, Word and financial accounting systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
