Our medical device client is recruiting for a Analyst, Medical Affairs to join their growing team.
Summary :
- Support the management and execution of contracts, budget and payments of educational and research grants, HCPs, educators, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Support contract lifecycle including negotiation, initiation, approval, payments, and documentation
- Subject matter expert for contracts, intent, and terms of agreement
- Track expenditure versus budget, support forecasting and generate metrics for reporting
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other cross-functional groups to ensure appropriate business practices
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of professional experience managing healthcare-related contracts, budgets and payments
- Industry experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare managing healthcare professional (HCP) contracts, compliance, budgets and / or payments
- Must be proficient with Coupa
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Pay Scale :
$34.42 to $43.03 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Your main responsibilities as a Manufacturing Technician :
Conduct activities and interactions consistent with Company values and in compliance with the Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards relevant to your role.
Complete all required training on the Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards on time.
Report potential issues of non-compliance.
Ensures compliance with Corporate Policies and Directives, site Standard Operating Procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice (cGMPs, GAMP, ITIL, PMI).
Maintains a safe work environment and performs work in accordance with site Environment, Health and Safety (SHE) policies and procedures.
What we are looking for in a Manufacturing Technician :
Prior GMP experience within a team and working with batch records, willingness to learn, SOP background.
Supports production line by conducting routine tasks which may include setting up, taking down, cleaning and undertaking the routine maintenance of operating equipment, as instructed, to ensure continued production.
