The primary responsibility of the Delivery Driver is to delivers materials to job site, inspects, and maintains truck, reports shortages, and claims to supervisor and assists in loading and storing of materials.

The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to utilize critical thinking skills to identify issues; work independently and as a team member;

have knowledge and understanding of new residential builds.

Job Purpose : Delivers materials to job site, inspects, and maintains truck, reports shortages, and claims to supervisor and assists in loading and storing of materials.

Job Duties :

  • Complies with all PPE standards and is aware of all safety practices, follows safety rules and procedures, complies with all legal regulations.
  • Maintains a current Class E Driver's License as required.
  • Organizes and secures loads.
  • Assists forklift operators when loading.
  • Checks orders for accuracy
  • Delivers and unloads materials to customers' satisfaction.
  • Completes daily equipment pre-inspection.
  • Records all merchandise that is returned by truck, assists in unloading material returned for credit.
  • Follows guidelines established by the Department of Transportation.
  • Follows all company established safety rules, policies and procedures.
  • Operates all trucks in safe and efficient manner, maintains records regarding equipment use and time charged.
  • Logs in deliveries
  • Relays messages sent by customers while on job.
  • Assists supervisor, other employees, and other work areas, as assigned.
  • Assists in maintaining good housekeeping in yard and warehouse.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Minimum experience required-2 years Delivery Driver experience including lumber dumping.
  • Basic Class E Delivery Driver experience.
  • Understanding of building concepts, codes, regulations, laws and best practices.
  • Is a team player.
  • Moffett experience a plus.
  • Is detail oriented.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Must be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Current Class E driver's license and clean driving record
  • 40+ hours weekly.
  • Good communication skills
  • Rate of pay will be commensurate with experience.

Hazards :

  • Exposure to mutable types of weather conditions.
  • Exposure to wood, concrete dust and debris.
  • Operating light and heavy equipment.
  • Lifting material and equipment from 10 lbs. and up.
  • Excessive bending, kneeling, twisting, and crouching.
  • Exposure to loud noise from machinery and tools.
  • Exposure to falling and flying particles.

JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Manager Marketing Communications in executing the Division's marketing communications plan and fulfilling local community marketing needs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain accuracy of all Division's community pages on brand websites and provide necessary creative assets (photos, video, copy, announcements and inventory listings).

Customize ad templates to meet local market needs, incorporating specific calls-to-action / offers and securing legal approval for all incentives.

Create and distribute email marketing strategy per community and division including Realtor communication.

Order and manage creative assets for communities (Room Designer, Virtual Tours, IFP's, SAM's)

Create and order community brochures and collateral.

Provide community-level marketing point-of-sale materials such as displays, flyers and inserts.

Provide ongoing community presentation audit / assessment from consumer's point-of-view ensuring integrity of signage, flags, welcome mats, etc.

Track and process invoices relating to marketing plan execution.

Coordinate, execute and assist with special community events and neighborhood openings.

Maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors for various marketing needs.

Update and monitor MLS listings in conjunction with local broker solution (if applicable).

Participation in monthly field calls and annual marketing summit. SCOPE

Marketing manager

JOB SUMMARY

A key collaborative partner of the Division leadership team, the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a sound marketing strategy to deliver a sufficient volume of qualified leads necessary to meet Division net sign-up goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads all marketing planning, efforts and execution for the Division.

Oversee and manage Marketing Team direct report(s).

Collaborate with Division leadership on status of marketing strategy, results, and calls-to-action / offers.

Demonstrates understanding of the role of paid, owned and earned media channels and how to effectively message across a mix of media types.

Monitors marketing performance against business objectives, analyzes ROI and adjusts plans / tactics as needed.

Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports for use by Division, Area and Home Office leadership.

With support of corporate media planning resources and in collaboration with Division / Area leadership, develop and approve annual marketing and media budget necessary to deliver plan.

Effectively manage Division budget(s) on an on-going basis with formal quarterly updates detailing brand & community actual and projected investment.

Establish lead goals by brand & community to achieve Division net sign-up plan, given local conversion and cancellation rates.

Monitor progress against goals.

Develop marketing communications plan(s), including community priorities, advertising support needs, and message / offer strategy.

Collaborate with Division personnel for new community set-ups to ensure that the Division hits critical milestones, including target opening dates.

Act as primary point-of-contact for Pulte Interior Design.

Collaborate with corporate communications team on local PR needs.

Identify key competitors and stay abreast of local marketing activity.

Ability to successfully operate and adapt in an environment with changes to timelines and priorities

Capable of presenting and interacting with the Division / Area leadership with some ability to talk off script when answering marketing questions.
