SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
The Administrative Assistant is an entry level position that is responsible for handling all tasks assigned by their direct supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Answers and directs departmental phone calls.
- Process documents as they come in and file in accordance.
- Reconcile customer payments as received.
- Reconcile UPS bill.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have computer experience in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Computer experience - Microsoft
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong, accurate data entry skills
- Basic administrative skills a plus
JOB TYPE & PAY :
- Part-time and Full-time available
- Pay starts at $10.00 per hour
