ROLE : The Sales Director is a key leader and plays a critical role in the success of our organization. The Director is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, identifying issues, making course corrections, and communicating these changes to the executive team.
This individual is responsible for achieving sales targets and generating revenue, transforming the overall goals and plans developed by the executive team into measurable results.
A successful Sales Director will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. They will set sales goals & quotas, build a sales plan, analyze data, assign sales training and sales teams, mentor their sales team, manage recruitment, and continuously improve the sales process.

Paid holidays and sick days. RESPONSIBILITIES : Motivate the sales team to work as a cohesive unit towards a common goal, fostering a competitive yet collaborative environment that maximizes the performance of the entire team.
Develop lucrative incentive schemes and introduce monetary benefits to encourage high performance and get the best out of every member of the team.
Track sales team metrics and report them to the executive team, ensuring all team members are meeting their quotas. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation plans that align with company and revenue growth objectives.
Forecast and manage hiring needs, overseeing the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of new sales reps. Train, coach, mentor, motivate, and regularly review performance reviews for sales leadership with team leads, sales representatives and supporting staff.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences to ensure relevant sales strategies. RESULTS : Regular reports on sales are submitted to the executive team.
Each Sales manager is performing at or above standard. Each sales team member meets their quota or receives appropriate coaching.
A minimum of 20% of applications are closed month-to-month by the entire team. Company values and culture are consistently upheld by all sales team members.
REQUIREMENTS : Minimum of 5 years of experience in B to C Sales. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools. Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies. Proven experience in strategic planning and business development.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools, including social media platforms. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
High emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
