OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing a treatment program for patients referred by physicians.
This is an outpatient position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to treat a variety of specialties, including orthopaedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients.
You will have the chance to work with a broader team to maximize patient outcomes using evidence-based care.

Data Governance Analyst
Overview
We are looking for a Data Governance Analyst to join our growing organization. The Data Governance Analyst role will be key in establishing and ensuring adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standards, and practices in our organization to achieve the required level of consistency, quality, and protection to meet organization objectives.
The primary goal of the data governance program is to protect PT Solutions and our client’s data through the implementation of an enterprise data governance program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships across the organization with corporate stakeholders.
- Create and document organizational data governance standards.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards and adoption requirements across the enterprise.
- Develop & maintain inventory of organizational information maps, including authoritative systems and owners.
- Partner across the organization to achieve their data governance objectives and resolve issues escalated.
- Market and communicate data governance program in a way that achieves maximum buy in.
- Maintain and modify data governance program to align with regulatory and legal requirements, industry best practices, and organizational requirements.
- Monitor and enforce compliance to data governance standards.
- Establish data-quality metrics and requirements, including defining the values, ranges, and parameters for various data sets.
- Establish procedures for detection and correction of data-quality issues and collaborate to establish policies, procedures, and internal controls affecting the quality of data.
- Engage in the ongoing and detailed evaluation of data quality, identification of anomalies and discrepancies, and contribution of expertise to understand root cause and implement corrective measures.
- Actively assist and support Data team in the cleansing of data records.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
- 7+ years’ experience in technology, business intelligence, information systems or another related field.
- Strong familiarity with Data Governance tools, methodologies, and best practices and information security standards.
- Understanding of databases and application delivery.
- Competency in risk identification and analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of data confidentiality regulations and strategies.
- Ability to perform moderate business analysis and to effectively collaborate on business projects.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data using various technologies.
- Ability to prioritize projects and recurring responsibilities effectively.
- Experience in programming and code review processes.
- Expertise in evaluating critical systems and data, prioritize workflow and determine solutions.
- Experience in interpreting and applying laws, regulations, and policies.
- Availability to respond to emergency situations.
- Must demonstrate attention to detail, communication proficiency, and information seeking initiative.
- Must be able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIRED CREDENTIALS
- Degree : Bachelor’s in a technical or business area
- CDMP- Certified Data Management Professional
