As a Driver you will provide our guest and team members with convenient transport to and from their destination. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

  • Drive vehicles with the capacity to hold up to 14 passengers.
  • Transport all passengers to and from all destinations safely and assist passengers with transportation services and luggage promptly and courteously as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of successful shuttle service operations.
  • Ensure a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained; assess and anticipate the needs of team members and guests and respond to needs in timely a manner.
  • Drive safely adhering to all state driving laws and to all Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations.
  • Establish a professional relationship with Bus Program and other departments to ensure consistency.
  • Maintain vehicle safety and appearance including conduct routine safety and damage inspection, report any damage or repairs needed to department management, and clean inside and outside of vehicle regularly.
  • Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Must hold a valid state issued non probationary Driver’s License. Must have and maintain a safe / good driving record which includes : No more than three moving violations in the past three years.

No more than two at-fault accidents in the past three years.No conviction for driving while impaired (DWI) or driving under influence (DUI) within the last three years.

  • The ability to complete in house Responsible Beverage program within three (3) months of hire.
  • The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
  • The ability to interact with guests and team members in a professional manner.
  • The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Call Center Reservation Agent

As a Reservation Agent in our call center, you will answer both internal and external phone calls responding to all guest inquires and team member questions.

You will assist guests with making reservations for the hotel and casino restaurants. While carrying out the job duties listed below, you will contribute to our continued success by demonstrating unsurpassed guest service, a high level of integrity and ethical standards, and personal and professional dedication to our mission, vision, and values.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

Handle both internal and external phone calls in the call center. Direct calls to appropriate individual or department.

Answer team member inquiries, concerns, and questions in a prompt, and courteous manner.

  • Respond accurately to all guest inquires including but not limited to, Bingo session information, customer point tracking, special events, and reservations.
  • Assist guests with making reservations, cancellations, or changes to existing reservations for venues including but not limited to hotel rooms and restaurants using computer systems.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of hotel and casino facilities, amenities, and room types.
  • Work closely with all departments to obtain, review, and confirm daily calendar information, special events, promotions, and upcoming events relevant to all venues.
  • Process and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail including but not limited to processing United Parcel Service (UPS) and Certified Mail pieces;

and contact UPS for pick-ups.

  • Transport interoffice mail between the casino and hotel as scheduled.
  • Compile and send information packets to guests and non-guests as requested. Review and maintain database of current mailing addresses per undeliverable, returned mail.
  • Assist with special projects from other departments with the direction of the Call Center Supervisor.
  • Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months previous high volume customer service experience are required. Call Center experience is preferred.
  • Office skills must include the ability to use standard office equipment and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Prior experience with data entry and / or casino or hotel management systems preferred.
  • The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
  • The ability to interact with guests and team members in a professional manner.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

  • Oversee the receiving process for multiple docks to include but not limited to follow all Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines, run dock enforcement appointments, handle receiving worksheets to delivery ticket cross check process, complete quality inspections, Day Dot System, verify catch weights and facilitate the documenting / posting into the Purchasing / Inventory Control System (P / IC System).
  • Supervise the storage of all inventory assets to include first in, first out (FIFO) rotation process, bin location integrity, refrigerated and frozen product, retail product and assist in developing bin locations.
  • Control the issue and distribution process to include moving all products from the time of receipt to its proper bin location and issue all inventory product utilizing the electronic inventory issue requisition system.
  • Communicate discrepancies, shortages and damages to affected departments, Purchasing and Warehouse management and resolve receiving issues in a timely manner.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but not limited to interview, hire and train team members;

plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; coach, mentor, reward and discipline team members; address complaints and resolve problems.

  • Maintain a thorough, working knowledge of all casino and hotel products to include but not limited to dry goods, paper products, gaming equipment, chemical supplies and Food and Beverage specifications.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments with, to include but not limited to, UPS, FedEx and freight shipments and maintain all records of this activity.
  • Assist the Inventory Control team with all cycle counts, monthly, quarterly and year-end inventory counts as needed.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate shipping and receiving records.
  • Maintain the receiving docks and warehouses in an organized, clean and safe condition in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
  • Recommend measures to improve quality of service and increase efficiency of department and equipment performance.
  • Report any motor vehicle violations to Management within twenty four (24) hours of the incident, if assigned driving responsibility.
  • Ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalency required.
  • Three (3) years of receiving, inventory, storing, issuing or distribution experience in a high volume, fast paced environment of similar or better size required.
  • Three (3) years prior supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to hold and maintain a valid state issued non probationary driver’s license including : Two (2) or fewer chargeable or preventable motor vehicle accidents within the past five (5) years.

Three (3) or fewer violations of motor vehicle law (other than violations involving parking) within the past five (5) years.

No convictions of an offense involving the operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol or controlled substances within the past seven (7) years.

No convictions of any careless or reckless driving of a motor vehicle offense within the past five (5) years.Ability to maintain a good driving record during the course of employment.

Ability to drive all sizes of vehicles, both automatic and manual transmission.

  • Must be able to obtain a valid forklift certification.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of OSHA guidelines.
