Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in managing creative requests and content development of the Kress brand. This position will collaborate with headquarters and other global Positec entities on the optimization and sharing of content globally.
Assist the Marketing Manager and other team members in supervising key campaigns and improving marketing efforts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage multi-faceted projects, and campaigns from concept to production while staying within budget and on time.
- Responsible for managing status meetings with print vendors and the global website team.
- Organization, archiving, and distribution of creative assets including but not limited to product and lifestyle images, videos, marketing copy, packaging files, 3d files, and print projects.
- The marketing coordinator will be responsible for uploading and maintenance of digital assets within the website management platform as well as the dealer locator.
- Ensure all imagery on the website is an accurate representation of the current product and branding and continually monitor the site for copy, grammatical, design, UX, and navigation errors.
- Work closely with designers, agencies, video production, and headquarters to obtain, archive, and distribute creative assets as needed.
- Works with external and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of digital assets across all channels.
- Working with designers to develop content for email campaign landing pages.
- Works with marketing management to ensure consistency of content across all channels.
- Gain knowledge about the sales and promotional cycle to assist in the development of content better, promotions, and brand pages.
- Manages creative requests and works with design and sales teams to project manage and execute requests to completion.
- Work with designers and businesses to execute email campaigns through HubSpot.
- Assist show manager by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, and establishing contacts.
- Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.
- Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
- Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.

- Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 4-year business degree or a combination of relevant work experience and education.
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and sales principles and practices.
- 3 years experience in marketing related field
- Proven competency in leading projects and working with web design teams.

Finance Manager
Position Summary :
The Finance Manager is responsible for analyzing everyday financial activities and providing advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
The duties include reviewing financial reports, reconciling GL accounts, and developing and maintaining new accounting policies and procedures for the Kress brand business.
Job Function and Responsibilities
- Manage Kresss business’s financial activities.
- Develop and implement new policies and procedures for the Kress business and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Create new processes for GL accounts’ reconciliation for the Kress business.
- Create new processes for Kress banking-related financing options’ review and reconciliation.
- Support inventory audits, inventory reconciliation, and inventory allocation among dealers for the Kress business.
- Monitor and review AR and AP activities for the Kress business.
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
- Support and coordinate with Supply Chain and Other Finance Managers and VPs for Budget and Forecast-related tasks.
- Review and approve Kress Ops and Sales teams Concur expenses.
- Support sales and product team with new product cost and pricing reviews.
- Support our current Worx and other brands’ business financial requests as needed.
- Support the finance team with special projects.
- Perform month closing and inter-company bill back-related tasks.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or a combination of education and relevant work experience
- A minimum of 5-7 years in a financial or accounting position is required, FP&A experience is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and data visualization skills are required.
- Financial analytics with a deep understanding of revenue, margin and pricing, and accounting principals
- Experience using SAP or any other ERP system is required.
