Here are some of the things you will be doing : Answer phones and schedule sales appointments for our in-home consultants.
Arrange appointment times with customer and service technician. Initiate outbound calls to customers, who have requested our product information.
Take payments over the phone. Create and schedule sales leads as required. Coordinate Design Consultant appointments. Report issues to supervisors.
Process documentation as required Maintain database updates and resolutions. All other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned.
We are looking for the Following Experience : 1-2 years dispatch or Customer Service preferred. Call Center experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Good communication skills required. Basic data entry and retrieval skills required Job Type : Full-time Salary : $16.
