SALES EXECUTIVE-PUBLIC OPINION RESEARCH DIVISION

The Sales Executive position we seek is paid based on a commission structure. Upon a six-month review of sales performance, your position has potential for advancement to a salaried position with a bonus structure.

This is a work-from-home opportunity and available to any qualified US-sales person. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients’ requirements, then we want to hear from you.

As Sales Executive, your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new business development and sales skills.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Ensure monthly and annual sales budget is achieved by targeting clients in your region.
  • Maximize opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responding to quote requests in adherence with company procedures.
  • Use company order processing & CRM systems in line with procedure.
  • New business development from either PVIP clients in the US; generated leads, referrals or own knowledge base.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with company clients by providing outstanding service, support.
  • Work to monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
  • Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each order is passed to the Production Coordinator to agreed standards.
  • Working with wider team to resolve problem orders.
  • Identify prospects and pass leads to PVIP LLC where appropriate

Salary & Benefits :

This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure. PoliticalVIP's wants successful sales consultants to utilize their initiative and our leads to schedule public opinion forums or focus groups for Public and Private Sector entities.

Commission : $1,000 per paid focus group discussion. The potential exists for repeat business such as in the case of large law firms who may have an interest in mock-jury trials or a political party who needs to know the public's perception on candidates.

  • Contacts prospect via telephone and email
  • Admin support typically sends initial enquiring email
  • Diligent follow-up
  • Directs prospect to an intake form from which a proposal is drafted by PoliticalVIP personnel
  • Utilize proposal to schedule and close the sale

Upon payment to the company, commissions are paid via ACH or wire on or within three (3) three days of the 15th of each month.

EXPERIENCE :

  • Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable sales success.
  • Ability to communicate via telephone and email.
  • Presentable and ability to conduct online face-to-face meetings.
  • General higher education or sales-training and qualifications.
  • Able to build rapport quickly over phone, face to face or via a video conference.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Able to build rapport quickly over phone or face to face.
  • Motivated self-starter.

Job Description

The Brand & Advertising Manager will be required to utilize various soft skills, technical abilities, and industry knowledge to lead advertising teams and improve PoliticalVIP’s sales communications.

Multimedia Software

Graphics Design

New and innovative solutions which capture a brand’s uniqueness

Ability to design and launch a successful marketing campaign

Position Summary

PoliticalVIP’s Brand & Advertising Manager will understand common marketing and advertising best practices. Working on the Brand & Advertising team is highly collaborative, and a successful candidate will be expected to assist in background research, producing charts and tables, statistical analysis, and number checking, in addition to preparing pitch decks and presentations.

The Brand & Marketing Manager may serve as a spokesperson for the PoliticalVIP Brand & Advertising Division and will discuss our marketing proposal with key audiences such as stakeholders and leadership within the target client organization.

This position works closely with other marketing personnel on staff and reports to the Brand Advertising Managing Director.

The work may be performed in-office, on location or remotely depending on the circumstances and work requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

The position is cyclical in nature. During certain months of the year, the bulk of one’s time will be spent on project management, meeting with Vendors and Clients and collaborating with the PoliticalVIP team in providing brand solutions to clients.

In other months, the bulk of one’s time will be focused on design, planning and writing.

A successful candidate will be one who can map out project plans, set and adhere to deadlines and deliverables, and keep colleagues and senior staff informed across these myriad tasks.

Effective communication, including writing, speaking, active listening and presenting

Multitasking and time management skills that allow them to work on several campaigns at once

Collaboration skills when working on projects with both clients and other departments

Data analysis and critical thinking skills to review and apply campaign results

Leadership skills, including motivation, goal-setting and project management

Ability to make effective and efficient decisions when planning, scheduling and implementing campaigns

Comfortable using campaign tracking and scheduling software among other creative computer-aided design tools
