Well-established, high-volume neighborhood restaurant is looking for the right candidate to be our Sous Chef.

You must have a passion for food, hospitality, teamwork, the ability to lead and the desire to mentor. You will play an integral role in providing a great guest experience and will be the Chef's right hand in all aspects of running the kitchen, including a combination of the following :

• Work and lead the line in the heat of service
• Know your proteins and be a boss on the grill as needed
• Be the acting Chef on Chef's days off (take ownership of the kitchen ops)
• Kitchen staff management / scheduling / hiring / training
• Tasting notes and product knowledge for FOH
• Quality control
• Menu Development
• Inventory & Invoice coding
• Control COGS and labor.

This is a hands-on position and the minimum requirements and expectation for the candidate are below :

• Minimum 2 years experience kitchen management
• Minimum 5 years cooking in a professional kitchen
• Ability to control costs
• Dependable, reliable, clean and organized individual
• Exceptional management / leadership skills
• Demonstrates a positive attitude with enthusiasm
• Proactive and thorough
• Provide references from at least two previous employers.

Compensation - 28-30 hour + tips + quarterly bonus potential

Hours / week : 40-45

Must be available Wed through Sunday AM / PM and as needed for coverage

New fine dining restaurant in downtown Denver looking for a bartender. Restaurant is modern fine dining with a wine focused beverage program and a elevated cocktail menu.

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is necessary.

Skill in creating espresso, coffee. tea, beer and wine beverages.

Ability to relate positively to people from diverse backgrounds.

Creative problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.

Great work ethic and self motivated.

Oregon Food Handlers Card and OLCC Servers Permit

Busy restaurant seeks admin / assistant 3 days a week. The hours typically would be 8 : 00 - 2 : 00pm Monday - Wednesday.

Work includes helping with reports, order guides, answering phones, taking reservations, scanning staff files, updating tablet and light duty errands.

Please have decent Microsoft office skills. Restaurant experience a bonus. This can either be a 3-4 month summer gig or permanent position. Pay is $22 / hr.

Seeking an experienced Chef who can work part-time throughout the year for private client. Private Chef must have minimum 5 years of Chef experience (Sous Chef or Higher) and demonstrate some experience of working with private client in-home.
