Core Responsibilities May Include but are not limited to:
· Final packet check of every PillPack prior to it going out for delivery. Pharmacist will work closely with our Technicians to identify defects such crush/split pills or missing medications in the Pillpack. Pharmacists review PillPack front to back on their computers every day. Any errors they catch will be sent back to our technicians for review/correction to ensure the highest quality.
· Implement policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal laws as well as PillPack by Amazon Pharmacy operation guidelines.
· Obtain, as necessary, and maintain all required documentation in accordance with federal and state regulatory agencies.
· Actively participates in continuous improvement and quality assurance. Drive a culture of simplification and segmentation through deep dives to identify areas of improvement; recommend solutions to drive purposeful, customer centric change.

What’s This Job All About?
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to Amazon Pharmacy customers. You will be responsible for acquiring New or Existing Amazon Pharmacy customer prescriptions from Prescribers and/or Pharmacies in a manner that maximizes quality and customer safety and in accordance with federal and state pharmacy regulations. You will also provide clinical guidance to Prescribers on medication therapy regimens.

Key job responsibilities
Check prescriptions that have been entered with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
● Aid in onboarding of new customers, not limited to but including prescription transfers, account

Pharmacy Fulfillment Trainer

The Amazon Pharmacy Fulfillment Trainer works with the Learning Manager and site leadership
team to coordinate all training related activities for the site. The individual in this position will
support program facilitation and administrative management. The Trainer will support the
Learning Manager in ensuring all compliance training for the site is maintained as well as
making certain all training documentation and daily expectations are accurate, complete, and
up-to-date. The Trainer is expected to be a subject matter expert on all areas within their
department and learn all areas of fulfillment.

The Trainer reports to the Learning Manager on the AP Learning & Development Team and will
manage specific responsibilities as defined by the L&D leader.

Overall responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
● Facilitate all training related programs
● Adhere/implement to training plans/SOPs and complete standard work checklist to
ensure compliance with regulations as set by State Boards of Pharmacy and Accreditors
● Partner with ops leaders to identify and train new ambassadors; ensure all process paths
maintain appropriate ambassador headcount.
● Lead a team of ambassadors to effectively complete technician and manager
onboarding, cross-training events, and various other associate continued training programs
● Support performance improvement initiatives to elevate performance within the
department
● Execute learning related audits and support operational initiatives
● Ensure tickets are actioned within expected timeline
● Assist with creation of training documents
● Partner with Learning Manager to track effectiveness of training programs
