Job Summary We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the CDC to execute prepping, dinner service, and ordering.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and plate food according to kitchen specifications
  • Assist CDC with kitchen operations with a goal of increasing revenue and profit
  • Supervise and coordinate all food preparation and presentation
  • Provide training and leadership for kitchen staff
  • Follow all food safety rules and regulations

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Extensive previous culinary experience
  • Certification from culinary school preferred
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent management and leadership skills

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being.

You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
  • Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a food and beverage budget
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
  • Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
  • Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
  • Work with executive chefs and front house management to design and maintain inventory of menus
  • Manage the floor and supervise staff for dinner shifts ensuring all daily financial and shift reports are completed and tracked over time.
  • Manage social media platforms for high end French restaurant as well as glamping themed contemporary casual
  • Manage online presence and ensure timely response to reviews on Open Table, Yelp and Google
  • Coordinate monthly newsletter

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma / GED / College degree preferred but not required
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
