The Retail Demand Planner is responsible for developing effective retail sales and inventory demand forecasts by

market, to be used by the cultivation and retail sales teams to deliver budgeted / forecasted product supply, sales, and

margin $. The retail demand planner will take a proactive approach to demand plans for their markets, planning by

category, forms, and strain, and providing cultivation with a 3+ month outlook on retail product needs. This resource

will also analyze performance and provide insights that will help shape assortment, pricing, and retail promotional

strategies. The retail demand planner will have strong cross functional partnerships with the retail team, cultivation,

wholesale planning, and finance teams, and provide a bottoms up view of the business on a monthly, quarterly, and

annual basis to inform corporate financial planning. Success in this role is maximizing profitable retail sales, increasing

market share, and providing key inputs to optimize production planning and COGS.

Essential Functions

  • Creates, publishes, and maintains retail sales, inventory, and demand forecasting tools
  • Develops effective retail forecast models by market based on sales goals, buyer input, industry trends, and

demand patterns

Collaborates with the retail sales team to develop effective pricing & promotional strategies, considering

customer tiers, bulk pricing, and relative proximity to retail stores

Works closely with retail leadership to quickly identify and capitalize on business trends by location and / or

product category, reacting quickly to address any changes in customer demand

Analyzes sales and inventory performance weekly, and provides performance insights to retail sales team,

cultivation, production planning, and analytics teams

Supports the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and inventory budget / forecast processes, and roll ups to

corporate forecasts

Analyzes and tracks sales, promotional activity, and customer profitability to incorporate into future forecasts

and recommendations, partnering with the analytics team on standardized reporting

Reviews and effectively communicates changes in sales and inventory budgets to leadership and cross functional

partners including cultivation, retail planning, production planning, and analytics

  • Supports ad-hoc analyses as needed
  • Other tasks as assigned by your manager

Strong financial acumen & analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate findings

Previous exposure to data warehouse systems and planning software

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, & PowerPoint), advanced Excel skills

Experience in Microsoft NAV / D365, LeafTrade, LeafLink, the cannabis industry, and state seed to sale tracking

systems (metrc, biotrack, MJ Freeway) is preferred

Responsibilities :

  • Acting as the functional / technical subject matter expert for Pharmacann’s Finance Systems and other integrated software components.
  • Working with internal customers to deeply understand, document,and manage business processes, target pain points, and work with internal / external teams to scope and prioritize enhancements.
  • Capturing and translating business requirements to technical specifications in deploying end to end automated solutions.
  • Working with internal and external technical experts to validate assumptions, draft acceptance criteria / technical specifications and draft test plans.

  • Driving testing and validation of new and existing functionality including configuration, development, and system releases.

Qualifications :

  • Strong understanding of accounting / finance principles - GL, Intercompany, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Consolidation, Inventory and Cost Accounting

Responsibilities :

Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Distribution Manager and the Supervisors of Distribution, the

Courier is responsible for the manifesting, loading, delivering, and transportation of product to our

stores, wholesale locations, and various production facilities. The Courier is also responsible for picking

up incoming wholesale product from vendors and delivering the products to the Production Facilities

and Headquarters. This individual is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and

professionalism.

Essential Duties

Transportation

Performs pre-delivery sorting, inspection, and determines necessary routing for delivery of mail and

packages.

  • Maintain strict adherence to MED compliance regulations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Operate a motor vehicle while adhering to all local, state, and federal transportation laws.
  • Interact with vendors in a polite and professional manner.

Communication

and down ladders throughout shift.

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on work surfaces, tools and related equipment to ensure

  • Wear protective clothing when working with plants.
  • Before exiting the facility remove protective clothing and ensure that there is no cannabis on your

personal clothing, shoes, or hair.

Other Duties

Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the

additional and / or supplemental work such harvesting, trimming, packaging, cleaning and light

maintenance as needed throughout the facility.

Supervision

  • Works under direct supervision of the Manager and Assistant Manager of Distribution.
  • This person does not supervise others.

Job Qualifications

Purpose

This person provides security and safety to customers and employees. In order to adequately protect people and property, security guards must know and enforce rules and regulations to prevent criminal activity before it happens.

They may monitor points of access in a building or property to allow entry only to individuals with the correct identification or authorization.

Essential Duties

Security

Patrol commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property regularly;

monitoring surveillance equipment; review and audit historical footage from various CCTV software, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.

  • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
  • Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
  • Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and evict violators from premises.
