A Typical Day
The Vice President Marketing is responsible for the development of strategy and day to day tactical management of retail lending, customer / lead acquisition and brand management.
As the VP Marketing , you will also manage general marketing tactics (branding, sales support, non-lead gen) and projects across the firm.
The Vice President Marketing will :
- Develop, execute and monitor consumer direct acquisition direct marketing campaigns including : Recommendation and development of test plans, Creative development (copy and visuals),Vendor management (printer, list, graphic designer)
- Manage and maintain integrated marketing calendar, direct mail campaign matrices, list pull criteria, letter templates, mailing lists.
- Marketing Policy and procedure owner and manages marketing audit response to regulatory audits.
- Collaborate with other channel marketing managers to ensure strong, effective coordination between online and offline (integrated) marketing initiatives
- Design, implement and test creative communications targeting non-performing portfolio customers, driving response and enabling loan resolution conversations / decisions
- Maintain and evolve efficiencies in automation of marketing billing and expense tracking for reporting purposes
- Marketing administrative functions as well as budget oversight for specific projects.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with database design with a focus on customer touchpoint management / analysis
- Outstanding project management skills, including business side requirements writing, UAT coordination, system integration
- Experience with CRM, lead management systems (Salesforce, Leads360, Sugar CRM, etc) a plus, especially in mortgage banking
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word

A Typical Day
The Senior SQL Developer will be responsible for design, development, testing, and implementation of a set enterprise level data warehouse systems and solutions.
As the SQL Developer , your responsibilities will also include technical leadership and effective communication, conducting peer code review and suggesting remediation paths, supporting business needs with ad-hoc needs requests and organizing and presenting data to multiple levels of management.
The Senior SQL Developer will :
- Facilitate data retrieval and manipulation through implementation of views, stored procedures, triggers and cursors
- Design and develop ETLs to move data across internal servers and external SFTP utilizing input variables for easier deployment to different environments
- Apply ETL error handling and package logging that stores results into SQL tables for ease of troubleshooting
- Optimize query performance by modifying existing queries, removing unnecessary columns, eliminating redundant and inconsistent data, normalizing tables objects
- Deploy SSIS packages for ETL using Integration Catalog utilizing input variables for easier deployment to different environments
- Architect ETL enhancements to increase the performance data warehouse using query manager and optimizer
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of MS SQL database and SQL Information Services knowledge and development experience
- Ability to design, code, test, debug, package and deploy quality, scalable and well documented SQL solutions
- Experience with SSIS, Informatica or other ETL tools
- Programming experience with emphasis on designing complex SQL queries and business components
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
