We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor a part-time / full-time permanent position in our Restaurant Operations.
The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant General Manager / Store Management Team in the achievement of the Store Business Goals thru effective implementation of specific operations support activities in the following areas, as assigned :
- Implement assigned Product / Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program
- Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
- Implement assigned Cost Management activity
- Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program
Job Requirements :
- Completed at least High school education.
- At least 1-year experience as a Team Leader in a food or retail industry or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.
- High energy level; must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek / days including holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner & adaptable
- Computer literate in MS Office : Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for recipe execution and adherence to recipe specs.
- Heads the preparation of Tupelo Honey family meal.
- Responsible for safety and sanitation, adhering to Steritech standards.
- Responsible for performance management and training of line and expo.
- Responsible for supporting back of house leadership with BOH supervision; including coaching, counseling, discipline and overall mentorship of direct reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous restaurant experience required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
- At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
REQUIREMENTS
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
- Must have schedule flexibility to cover all meal periods as needed.
- Must be able to move and process information quickly.

- Ensures service standards and proper execution.
- Displays expert level knowledge of our menus and can guide guests through the Tupelo experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 years experience in FOH service environment as service or management personnel.
- Must possess a positive, proactive, constructive teamwork attitude.
- Possess good math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all managers, employees, guests and purveyors at all business volume levels
- Must be able to move and process information quickly
- Must have a working knowledge of the English language.
