Breakfast Attendants are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets, and ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times.
In full-service establishments, Breakfast Attendants receive orders from customers, communicate these to the kitchen staff, and clear tables.
Assembling the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter.
Ensuring that the breakfast buffet always remains well-stocked.
Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables.
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after each meal service.
Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service.
HOME2 HOTEL DOWNTOWN DALLAS Room Attendant
The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department.
Room attendants must be comfortable communicating with guests they encounter, as well as the Housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms.
Teamwork among all housekeeping staff, as well as the ability to perform the daily tasks required for the position, form the foundation on which each individual is able to develop and succeed within the department.
- Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including
- Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
- Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
- Perform laundry duties as necessary
- Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
- Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
- Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
- Report any damages or repairs needed to management
- Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
Security
A Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
- Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions
- Promote safe work practices
- Initiates preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed
- Writes reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Bartender bartender
Bartenders will be responsible to prepare and serve drinks to customers, able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations.
The purpose of this position is to interact with the hotel guests and ensure they have a great experience at the bar or lounge.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Guest Service Agent
This position is responsible for processing check-ins / outs, securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner, while following high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction.
This position will anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and implement creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.
