Executive housekeepers are in charge of overseeing and directing the cleaning activities for a business or hotel. They also prepare the work schedules in advance, handle customer service and complaints.
- Establish and / or implement operating procedures and standards
- Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their crew

Houseperson / Van Driver

- Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
- Maintains housekeeping carts.
- Removes trash collected by room attendants.
- Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
- Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
A van driver, also called a shuttle driver, drives a van or small bus to collect and deliver hotel guests to and from the airport.
The hotel driver also is responsible for transporting guests to tourist areas and / or other destinations and provides information on the local area.

HOME2 HOTEL DOWNTOWN DALLAS Room Attendant
The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department.
Room attendants must be comfortable communicating with guests they encounter, as well as the Housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms.
Teamwork among all housekeeping staff, as well as the ability to perform the daily tasks required for the position, form the foundation on which each individual is able to develop and succeed within the department.

Breakfast Attendants are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets, and ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times.
In full-service establishments, Breakfast Attendants receive orders from customers, communicate these to the kitchen staff, and clear tables.
- Assembling the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter.
- Ensuring that the breakfast buffet always remains well-stocked.
- Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables.

- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Security
A Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
- Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions
- Respond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and / or property

The Night Auditor will responsible to conduct all nightly audit-related duties while providing guest service at the hotel's front desk.
Audit responsibilities balancing duties, daily paperwork, and shift reports. While completing these duties, the Night Auditor will attend to guest needs such as guest check-in / check-outs, making reservations, and answering guest questions
- Proactive thinking, keeping guest security always in mind, and creating a safe, clean, and friendly work environment.
- Responsible for counting cash and maintaining the accuracy of the issued cash drawer at the beginning and end of each scheduled shift.
- Check the front desk log for problems, special requests, etc.
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
- Process guest registrations, including collecting payment.

The Maintenance position is responsible for providing technical and maintenance services throughout the hotel to keep the hotel’s general equipment and systems in excellent condition.
- Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Comply at all times with Peachtree Hospitality Management Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Maintain regular attendance standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
- Have knowledge and understanding of all department policies and procedures, and communicate and enforce all policies fairly and consistently with staff.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the building stays in good condition.
