Recruiter Master Trainer
Qualifications : Minimum of five (5) years of successful military recruiting experience or have obtained a Master Badge if prior ARNG or Army recruiter (or equivalent from another branch of service).
A college degree is preferred but not required. Served in a leadership position with any Recruiting Command (any branch of service) as at least a Team Leader or equivalent (typically a senior E-6 or E-7) preferably.
Duties and Responsibilities : Responsible for performing analyses and providing training that increases the effectiveness of individual ARNG recruiters and teams within their assigned areas.
Performs Market Overview Analysis within 20 calendar days after assignment. Holds in-person initial individualized training / mentorship for Government-identified recruiters.
Conducts in-person and virtual follow-up meetings and sessions with recruiters. Evaluates recruiter’s strengths and weaknesses and provides tailored training / mentoring to improve overall performance.
Conducts an initial meeting with assigned recruiter and provides an initial assessment report documenting the individuals’ particular issues / needs, and a plan of action for addressing areas for improvement, including anticipated timeline.
Coordinates and conducts a recruiter team training event for each Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRB) during each period of performance. Powered by JazzHR
