WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Responsible for the breakdown and clean-up of all events
• Ensure that all chairs are carried out properly and in accordance with posted instructions
• Clear dirty dishes and trash after the event
• Responsible for restoring event space to original condition; janitorial duties such as mopping, sweeping and discarding of trash
• Re-stock necessities as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of function rooms and restrooms
• Follow directions from event managers during event breakdowns
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to listen to directions and complete work efficiently
• Flexible schedule depending on event needs; ability to work weekends, occasional holidays and late evenings

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Obtain copy of production schedule / shipping order and transport material to and from designated areas in the facility
• Load and unload goods
• Move goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
• Stack goods in the correct storage bays while following inventory control instructions
• Check that loads are secure
• Stack empty pallets
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintain equipment
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Dump materials into machine hoppers
• May be required to use RF scanner gun
• Some order pulling

QUALIFICATIONS

• Forklift certification per OSHA standards
• Good math, language and reading skills; basic computer skills may be required
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others
• Must be able to follow instructions
• Must be able to execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time
• Often work in varying temperatures, depending upon season

What you will do

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, permitting entry.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Controls traffic by directing drivers.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
• Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
