JOB SUMMARY :

Qualified candidate for the Bartender / Barback prepares drinks as ordered by customers while complying with ABC Liquor License requirements.

Mixes and serves drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff by performing the following essential duties listed below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for compliance to Liquor Liability which includes reporting individuals who are suspended of being intoxicated, not serving alcoholic beverages to people who may be legally drunk and / or intoxicated;

checking ID's of suspected minors.

• Responsible for checking all liquor bottles for broken seals.
• Provides courteous customer service to team members and customers.
• Responsible for stocking and checking all beer bottles for broken seals.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked work area at all times.
• Oversees activities of Barbacks. Provides feedback to Service Supervisor on cocktail staff.
• Responsible for taking inventory at the beginning and ending of the shift.
• Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast paced environment with numerous distractions.
• Ability to work in smoking environment.
• Must be available to work any shift including weekends, holidays and overtime when needed.
• May be dual rated to work in other areas when needed.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and / or training. Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast paced environment with numerous distractions.

Qualified individual must be able to communicate well with all clientele as well as supervision and staff.

Must have Active California Food Handlers Certificate / Card as required for this position.

Must have Active RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification as it is required for this position.

JOB SUMMARY :

Tram Driver provides transportation for Parkwest Bicycle Casino employees and patrons by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provides continuous tram service to patrons in the South parking lot area.
• Maintains open communication with the Security department and informs Lieutenant of services needed for the bus and / or "electric trams", such as gas, oil, water, batteries, battery chargers and maintenance.
• Keeps the Security Dispatcher supervisors aware of any suspicious activity occurring on casino property while on or off shuttle.
• Ensures that all driven vehicles are in proper condition prior to the beginning, throughout and, at the end of shift. This includes any damage or irregularities with the vehicle.
• Observes all laws, regulations and safety rules involving operating a motor vehicle.
• Must be available on call and to work overtime when necessary.
• Must be available to work all shifts as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees and all levels of supervision.

Qualified individual for Electrician position installs, maintains, and repairs electrical wiring, controls equipment, and fixtures, and apparatus by performing the following duties below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Plans layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local state and city codes.

• Measures, cuts, bend, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit. Pulls wiring through conduit.
• Prepares sketches or follow diagrams and / or blueprints to determine the location of wiring or equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components, sign test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and corrects the problem.
• Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous and whether discontinued use should be considered immediately by performing repairs all equipment and / or systems.
• Performs general maintenance duties along with the Maintenance staff as well as project cleaning duties as instructed by supervisor.
• Performs clean-up and preservation of all electrical equipment rooms in the facility.
• Ensures that assigned work area is maintained in a safe condition.

Full time Housekeepers (Janitors / Custodian) are needed at Parkwest Bicycle Casino. Housekeepers perform heavy cleaning by keeping Casino areas including parking areas in orderly condition by performing the following duties and responsibilities listed below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintains and cleans Casino areas, gambling areas, offices, restrooms, and Event Center, conference rooms clean.
• Cleans lobbies, lounges, corridors, elevators, stairways, hallways, locker rooms, and parking areas and restrooms so that health standards are met.
• Service, clean and supply restrooms.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, vacuums, waxes, and polishes floor and straightens areas around the casino.
• This includes cleaning ash trays in the smoking area. Shampoos the casino floor and chairs.
• Brush gaming tables daily and removes gum from the floor, tables and chairs.
• Assists in getting used food carts to the service stations.
• Assists in set-up and break down of special events and tournaments as needed.
• Removes broken chairs from the floor for repair and takes to the Facilities location.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Moves furniture, hangs drapes, and rolls carpets.
• Assists in moving gaming tables and chairs.
• Dusts furniture, washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, medal fixtures, and brass.
• Cleans and / or washes windows, glass partitions, mirrors, door panels, and sills by using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
• Empties wastebaskets, empties and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas which includes the Smoking areas.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area. Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Replaces light bulbs.
• Cleans grounds and removes litter from outside areas.
• Clears and straightens areas around gaming tables.
• Assist in set up, arrange, or remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, or scaffolding to prepare facilities for special events, such as banquets, tournaments, and / or meetings as needed.

Ensures that assigned work area is maintained in a safe condition.

• Must be available to work all given shifts in a 24 / 7 industry when necessary.
