Bartender

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Previous experience bartending in casual or fine-dining settings is prefered but willing to train the right person.
• Palette has a seasonal cocktail, beer, and wine menu that rotates quarterly. The cocktails are developed by our team with the color and flavor matching the season.

Previous knowledge of classic and modern classic cocktails as well as techniques is prefered.

• The focus is to ensure correct order taking and prompt service to multiple customers at a time while allowing guests the freedom to tailor their orders to their needs.
• Time management skills allow you to take great care of your direct customers while also supplying beverages for our servers.
• A caring, positive attitude with a genuine interest in ensuring our customers have memorable experiences.
• Excellent customer service skills with the desire to work in a team environment.
• The ability to physically perform the duties required of our Bartenders including carrying food trays, delivering drinks, carrying drinking glasses, plate ware and flatware through kitchen areas, occasionally moving tables and chairs.
• Pay rate is range based on tips earned*
