Tips : Server tip out about 30-45% depending on their alcohol sales. Servers make consistently make between $35-50.

Job Summary
You, the OBC server are proficient in giving amazing service and a master of the art of hospitality. As an ambassador to our brand, it is your goal every day to create lasting relationships with our Guests and to give them an experience that they cannot wait to return for.
You are a driven team player who is motivated to help others and to contribute outside of your job code whenever possible.
You are knowledgeable about the product we serve and enthusiastic about introducing our Guests to what we offer. You have a zest for life and bring a bright, humble energy to work each and every day.
