Electrician for Food Trucks / Trailers
One Fat Frog Food Trucks & Trailers is seeking Electricians to support our operations in Orlando, FL. You are a pivotal member to our team, assisting our food truck and concession trailer manufacturing lines.
Essential Job Responsibilities :
- Electrical skills needed are for 12v & DC
- Follow plans of electrical wiring for lighting, kitchen equipment & other electrical systems
- Setup & manage electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment
- Setup safety & distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
- Setup and manage of wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
- Organize conduits and connect wiring through them
- Inspect and troubleshoot hazards or malfunctions, repairing or substituting damaged units
Minimum Requirements :
- 2+ years' experience of working as an Electrician or other similar position with low voltage
- Significant experience with various electrical and hand tools, including wire strippers, voltmeter and so on, as well as electrical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent knowledge of safety procedures
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition
preferred but not necessary) Valid license to practice profession- differential for a qualifier

One Fat Frog Food Trucks & Trailers is seeking Welders to support our operations in Orlando, FL. You are a pivotal member to our team, ensuring that our trucks and trailers are built safely and to perfection!
Essential Job Responsibilities :
- Ability to read a tape measure and utilize measurements.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment, occasionally during tough conditions. (Heat, sawdust, dirt, etc.)
- Ability to follow a blueprint for a mobile kitchen layout.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Must strictly adhere to all safety procedures and practices.
- General custodial duties.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements :
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1 year welding experience
- Basic math skills
