KNOWLEDGE OF SERVICE OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS IS A PLUS
- Able to multitask with attention to detail and accuracy within a multilayered work environment.
- Strong administrative skills (word processing, with emphasis on Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, Quickbooks, Excel and Word, proofreading, records management, and organization) and the ability to plan, prioritize and organize work efficiently and effectively, anticipating needs and responding quickly.
- The ability to achieve a high degree of accuracy, flexibility, and adaptability, in a changing environment.
- Quick learner, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Can type 45 words per minute
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Maintain confidentiality of our clients and their related documents.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies
by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining
data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete; bringing to the team leader the need to
purge files to eliminate duplication of data.
