Overview
You will have the opportunity to help create, present, and produce compelling, persuasive and original ideas for our current clients and for new business.
This is a terrific opportunity to help develop the content on digital and print platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Help develop content for a variety of print and digital projects, such as visual aids and websites
- Prepare and edit layouts for concepts approved by the Client; choose and place all visual elements of the project, including type, illustrations, and photographs necessary to produce the intended image;
layouts should contribute visual ideas, enhance the attractiveness of the message, and help to clarify and accent its meaning to the reader
- Understand the creative process and follow jobs from startup to completion
- Develop understanding of basic marketing principles
- Partner with account, copy and editorial staff on assigned brands
- Take direction from supervisor on projects; work independently as determined by supervisor
- Secure approval for layouts and final art from the account executive / creative director and keep product team and creative management aware of pertinent account activity
- Participate in kickoff and status meetings
- Contribute to proper safekeeping of artwork, photos, slides, etc
- Check and approve all visual materials through all stages of pre-production and production
- In person client travel is required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Undergraduate degree in Design, Graphic Arts, Fine Arts or related field
- Understand the assigned brands, indications, therapeutic implications, and competition as well as regularly research trends in the appropriate areas
- Be adept at incorporating comments and changes in a timely and intelligent manner
- One or more years’ experience designing for a communications agency; pharmaceutical or HCP advertising experience a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in Photoshop, Quark, InDesign, Illustrator
- Digital experience and web, app, UX design
- A sense of design and branding, and an eye for detail
- Solid foundation in typography, layout, and design principles
- Strong communication and presentation skills; excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities :
Select and place all visual elements of the project, including type, illustration, and photography necessary to produce the intended image.

- Supervise art direction as a liaison between Senior Art Director / Art Director and Creative Director. Act as an advisor to junior art staff
- Maintain awareness of issues in day-to-day functioning of team dynamics
- Work closely with Copy and Account Services as a cohesive team player to ensure that strategic goals and objectives are met
- Establish rapport with client and be able to present ideas in an organized, professional, and effective manner
- Prepare new business presentation work as required
- In person client travel is required
Qualifications and Experience :
- Has 4+ years of agency experience (history in healthcare is a plus but not necessary).
- Presents a strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including but not limited to print, collateral, direct mail, websites, CD-Roms, etc.
Roles and responsibilities on each project are clearly stated in the portfolio.)
- Is passionate about design, is self-motivated, and is quick to meet challenges with strategic thought
- Has experience with strategic brainstorming and campaign development
- Is regarded as the creative thought leader when participating in internal and external meetings and reviews when meeting with or presenting to clients they communicates intelligently and diplomatically.

Overview
The Copywriter is responsible for using his / her writing and referencing skills to enhance the Agency’s copy offerings to the client.
The Copywriter is responsible for understanding the copy platform for each assigned account.
Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate ability to develop creative work that is on strategy, with regular supervision.

Experience :

- Knowledge, background and / or interest in science and medicine.

Overview
of Job Function : The Project Manager's primary responsibility is to provide day to day
leadership, management, and oversight of projects to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services.
Essential Functions :
Client Relations : The Project Manager is responsible for :
Maintaining an open and clear channel of communication with the client at all times
Conducting all aspects of project management including the execution of deliverables to
ensure seamless delivery of quality services, thereby increasing the client's trust and respect.
Budget / Timeline Management :
Ensuring support is provided as scoped in the contract, this includes : o meeting all timeline milestones without going over budget, and o holding the client accountable for their timeline milestones.
Business Development :
Contribute to new business proposals by participating in strategy meetings
Provide insight / guidance as to how to meet the client's need
Additional responsibilities :
Proactive coordination of efforts within the Shared Services group
Ongoing analysis of project results employing contingency plans when necessary.
Works with the strategists to leverage current relationships and identify incremental
business opportunities
Continually seeks opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client
relationships
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in communications, health care or science
5 years previous patient recruitment management experience in an agency,
pharmaceutical, or health communications related industry
Strong budget, timeline, communication, and general project management skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
Excellent presentation skills are a must; business development skills a plus

Moderate visual acuity to perform computer related activities, good hand / eye coordination, extensive reading and analytical thinking ability.
Reports to : Senior Project Director
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time position with standard minimum work hours of 40 per week. MMG's office hours are 8 : 30 a.
m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Employee may work flexible hours with manager's approval.
