ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Use automated welding equipment to overlay various corrosion resistant alloys per instructions.
- Prepare, grind, clean and stencil the components product to be welded as required.
- Study all instructions and drawings to successfully setup components prior to start.
- Continually monitor all processes and record data as required for every project.
- Measure clad layer deposits against drawing requirements to ensure sufficient material clean up.
- Keep records of hours worked or logged to the job.
- Keep work area clean and safe.
- Be able to maintain an acceptance rate of 98% or higher
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare components per drawing requirements dimensions on the welding parts.
- Use overhead cranes to load and unload material to required areas.
- Any other request by supervisors as required.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of five years welding experience using automated (GTAW) welding equipment.
- Conscientious and determined to produce quality work.
- Ability to read and understand API and ASME related welding procedures (WPS).
- Satisfactory vision with the ability to pass visual exam.
- Good communication skills (Must be able to communicate in English).
- Experience with using large overhead cranes and safe rigging techniques.
- Interpret blueprints, routers and understand welding symbols.
- Ability to follow detailed and complex instructions.
- Prepare and understand measuring equipment.
- Basic math skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent walking, stair climbing, squatting, bending, pushing / pulling and sitting.

RECEPTIONIST
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK
In our organization, the Receptionist has a critical and challenging role in helping achieve innovation and meeting our commitments by efficiently managing telephone traffic by screening and processing incoming telephone calls and receiving and directing visitors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department in a polite and courteous manner.
- Receive and greet visitors and notify the appropriate staff member in a polite and courteous manner.
- Maintain a pleasant decorum and receiving environment for visiting guests.
- Assist with company-wide announcements, including emergency evacuation and drills.
- Assist Sales Leadership in the administration of the Sales-related functions, including but not limited to scanning for Master Control, filing, and administrative support.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming mail and deliver to the appropriate departments. Assist OSI-OKC Piper Departments with large outgoing mail requirements such as invoices and statements.
- Order, receive and reconcile office supply requests from all departments.
- Assist with onsite lunch / special event arrangements, as directed.
- Assist other OSI-OKC Piper departments with special projects as needed.
- Effectively and efficiently use time to safely perform duties.
- Complete all paperwork in required manner and time frame.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn to produce new products, use new procedures, and embrace and support change.
- Follow and support established HSE programs.
- Report any unsafe situations to appropriate Management Team member if necessary.
- All other duties or tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to present a welcoming attitude and high level of customer service both in person and over the telephone.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with people.
- Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects daily in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to speak, write and read English.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team on a broad variety of projects.
- Willingness to work additional hours to meet tight deadlines.
Qualification Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Two (2) years related experience in an office environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Extended sitting required.
Tools and Equipment Used
- Extended use of computer equipment to include but not limited to telephone, computer, monitors, keyboard, mouse, scanner, and printer.
- Extended use of company designated software programs to include but not limited to call routing software, camera monitoring software, employee time tracking software, document control software, and office productivity software packages.

- Directly impacts workplace safety through active participation in OSI-OKC Piper HSE programs and safe work practices.
- Directly impact customer service via face-to-face and telephone interactions with customers, vendors, and guests.
