About the Role

We are looking for a Copywriter to bring a well-known Telecommunication brand to life across various mediums. Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, the Copywriter will develop a vision of creative possibility in virtually any media and will have the ability to form dynamic working partnerships with every level of the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a brand steward
  • Ideate and execute sound creative ideas for client marketing materials in an efficient and economical manner
  • Write expert, branded copy
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our client’s brand voice and implement it into all creative jobs
  • Work independently and collaboratively with an Art Director partner to develop ideas, refine concepts and ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met
  • Work with account supervisor and / or account executive to obtain project specifics : strategy, budget and schedule
  • Team up with peers to overcome obstacles and create client success
  • Offer client and team members innovative advice and solutions from industry examples and experience
  • Help organize, maintain, and oversee creative standards and guidelines

What You’ll Need

  • 1- 2 years’ experience as a Junior or Associate Copywriter, ideally in an agency setting
  • Interest and an understanding of writing copy for 360 degree campaigns
  • Ability to concept compelling solutions that align with overall creative strategy
  • Proven ability to listen, digest and resolve client feedback with a creative solution and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Capable of working on multiple projects, small or large, with various project leads
  • Curiosity : Have intellectual curiosity, with a willingness to listen, question and continuously learn.
  • Effective Communication : Ability to share ideas and present creative in a clear concise way.

About the Role

We are looking to hire a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Director of SEO to help build and grow this offering within our Experience Design team.

The Associate Director of SEO is responsible for overseeing and implementing search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and improve website rankings across various search engines.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering results via SEO, with both early-stage channel development experience and critical mature channel optimization.

The Associate Director of SEO will be responsible for managing all SEO activities, from research to content strategy recommendations to execution (including keyword research, on-page optimization, content development, and analytics reporting).

Highly analytical, and guided by a data driven approach, our ideal candidate recognizes that link building is not simply a thing to be checked off the list but is more of an exercise in creativity and strategic planning to ensure that the campaigns of our national roster of clients get the attention and audience they deserve.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and collaborate on the SEO strategy with the client, provide oversight and leadership of SEO work.
  • Assess immediate and long-term needs to solve complex technical SEO issues.
  • Perform technical SEO activities that require a higher level of expertise such as site audits, Hreflang, site structure, schema, template review, etc.
  • Perform keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
  • Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including meta tags, URL structure, internal linking, and backlink acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance on website structure, navigation, and content optimization to improve organic visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with emerging SEO tools and technologies and evaluate their effectiveness for the organization's SEO efforts.

What You’ll Need

  • At least 9+ years of experience in SEO leadership for a top 1000 website, with experience driving persistent growth via content, linking, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, ranking factors, and emerging SEO technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including meta tags, keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
  • Ability to drive consistent growth via a rapid, test-and-learn product development process.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles to effectively communicate with web developers.
  • Experience leading marketing, content creators and engineering peers to execute a multi-faceted program resulting in organic leads, traffic, and awareness.
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves, dig into details, and drive measurable business results.
  • Ability to contribute at both a strategic and tactical level.
