Finance analyst
Position Summary
To provide timely and accurate project planning and financial controls to internal management and external customer in support of OTECH Operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in proposal development to include analyze the RFP, support proposal manager to generate the work breakdown structure and basis of estimate, fee recommendation utilizing weighted guidelines approach, and coordinate and produce cost volume.
- Support Project Managers to prepare and analyze internal Revenue forecast for monthly, quarterly, and year end estimates
- Support month-end close process to provide Forecast vs Actual variances and journal entries.
- Support the Financial Project Manager in developing Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Strategic Plans.
- Prepare, and support, monthly Customer reporting requirements.
- Support cash flow collections by reviewing Accounts Receivable outstanding and Unbilled Accounts Receivable.
- Assist the regional finance lead in SOX compliance and testing and external regulatory reporting / compliance.
- Support implementation of financial standards in the organization.
- Support User Acceptance Training UAT testing, as required.
- Supporting tax reporting department requirements.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and two plus years’ experience, or six plus years equivalent relevant experience.
- Understanding of percentage-of-completion, completed contract, cost accounting principles; inter and intra company accounting;
Sarbanes-Oxley Act; and U.S. GAAP.
- Understanding of modeling concepts.
- Able to view the big picture with a good grasp for details.
- Required to be a US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance ADTech Only.
DESIRED
- Familiarity with reporting under local statutory reporting requirements.

Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Receptionist is to kindly greet and route visitors while answering and directing incoming calls.
LOCATION
Requires daily onsite attendance; this is not a remote-work position.
Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL

Quality Assurance Planner
Position Summary
Oceaneering International Inc. Oceaneering Technologies (OII-OTECH) supports the US Navy’s submarine rescue mission through the Submarine Rescue Operations and Maintenance Contract (SROMC).
Oceaneering partners with the Navy’s Undersea Rescue Command (URC) to provide 24 / 7 world-wide submarine rescue capability to US, allied and other foreign navy requests to assist disabled submarines (DISSUB) or submersible intervention and rescue.
OII-OTECH is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Planner who will supervise, manage and execute the provisions of the System Certification Procedures and Criteria Manual for Deep Submergence Systems.
The Quality Assurance Planner will establish and enforce submarine rescue system Quality Assurance and maintenance procedures as well as operational and safety standards.
Base pay range for this position is $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement and support a climate of first time quality in all aspects of production ensuring the highest quality final product.
- Support and instill a safety culture within the team that is in compliance with Oceaneering’s Life Safety Rules and HSE program.
- Perform ship checks and develop Controlled Work Packages (CWPs) for preventative and corrective maintenance meeting all requirements of NAVSEA SS800-AG-MAN-010 / P9290 System Certification Procedures and Criteria Manual for Deep Submergence Systems, the OTECH Quality Management System Manual (ISO-T-00001), and other higher level authority guidance.
- Assist in coordinating work outages to include scheduling / sequencing work and developing test plans.
- Research and develop Job Materials List for all preventative and corrective maintenance items.
- Maintain Deep Submergence Systems Scope of Certification (DSS-SOC) requirements (processes and personnel) in accordance with the Systems Certification Procedures and Criteria Manual for Deep Submergence Systems.
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of certification in accordance with NAVSEAINST 4855.34B as recognized and reflected in NAVSEA Notice 5000.

CNC Machinist
Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to set up and operate production machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, saws.
Machine materials to drawing specifications. Reads and interprets drawings and specifications, to include Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), as required.
Perform in process inspections where required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Study sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements
- Measures, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points on material or work piece as guides for subsequent machining
- Select, align, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills and lathes
- Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media
- Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjust machine controls
- Set up and operate machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data

Position Summary
The Inspector 1 inspects offshore structures, vessels, pipelines, and their appurtenances for structural and coating condition, as per API RP 2SIM & API RP 2FPS.
Duties & Responsibilities
Examine materials or products for anomalies, damage, or defects, such as cracks, pits, incomplete welds, holes, dents, excessive corrosion, examines coating conditions, etc.
under minimal supervision.
Work with diving contractors or individually to perform various inspections, surveys and record data of offshore structures, vessels, and pipelines.
Will receive direction from inspection team leader in situations requiring more than one person.
- Perform cathodic protection surveys of offshore structures, vessels and pipelines using a drop-cell technique.
- Use NDT, camera, video and written documentation techniques in the inspection and survey of offshore / onshore structures, vessels, and pipelines.
- Create appropriate drawings and sketches to supplement written data
- Use and maintain various types of inspection equipment.
- Generate inspection reports using various computer software applications.
