What you’ll do :
Ship, receive, verify and process orders
Remove products or inventory to and from large trucks, stack, shelves and maintain organized inventory in order of need
Clean and sweep facility
Prepare documents, bills of lading and shipment paperwork
Blend product
Perform mechanical work
Maintain maintenance records
Assemble customer orders
Ensures all paperwork is in order and all loads are signed for
Other duties as assigned

Salary range $15.65 - $23.48. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.

This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time positions for multiple locations throughout the East Region of Nutrien Ag Solutions.
It is a terrific opportunity for the newly licensed or experienced driver looking for work. A willingness to load, unload and to engage with customers required. Home every night!
What you will do :
- Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer order, safely and accurately
- Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations
- Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed
- Load or assist in loading trailer with materials
- Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer at the facility, safely and efficiently by using forklift or hand truck
- Keep abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precaution
- Able to perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently
- Clean and conduct proper maintenance on equipment
- Other duties as assigned
What you will bring :
- High School diploma
- Driving experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license & applicable endorsements
- A CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred
- Must meet minimum DOT age requirement
- Able to lift / carry up to 75lbs
- Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen
- Must meet DOT and company requirements
- Able to work additional hours to meet business needs

What you will do :
- Plan and develop customer turf and ornamental plans, including fertilizer, seed, disease, pest, and water management program portfolios
- Expand customer’s trust to be the agronomic business partner of choice
- Integrate and position proprietary products into customer business plans
- Recognize and communicate company finance programs when applicable
- Keep confidential customer information, accurate records, and organized business plans
- Make safety a daily priority

What you will bring :
- 2+ years’ experience in Turf, Ornamental, Plant Health Care, Chemicals and Fertilizer
- 2 or 4 year degrere in related field is preffered
- Demonstrated leadership experience in Turf and Ornamental or a combination of education and work experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work additional hours to meet business demands
- Proficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Learn and grow with us! As a seasonal member of our Research, Development and Innovation team, you will learn how new crop varieties are developed in Western Canada and gain experience in agronomy and crop breeding as you assist with the field evaluation of experimental varieties and breeding materials.
What you will do :
- Work in compliance with all Safety, Environmental and Operating Standards
- Set-up summer and contra nursery programs, including seed treatment
- Operate small plot equipment, such as, tractors, sprayers, combine, and tillage equipment
- Take accurate agronomic notes on small plot field trials
- Assist with fall land preparations.
- Assist technical staff and plant breeders with other duties as required
What you will bring :
- Agriculture or Science Degree or Diploma student, or recent graduate, preferred
- Previous small plot field trial experience and / or agricultural or farm experience, an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time under all weather conditions
- Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs.
