Role : District Manager
Location : Sacramento - California
Salary : Up to $120,000
I've teamed up with a real estate investment trust that is currently operating in over 42 states in 2000 locations. They were founded over 40 years ago by investing in self-storage units and are constantly growing, even after this long!

Job Description
- You will oversee managing rental rates, customer protection plan, discounts & other income sources.
- Conduct audits and facility checklists, report to division office and ensure any follow-up is actioned
- Manage controllable expenses to provide the highest R.O.I for each store
- Access external resources to support district-wide operations
- Oversee tasks for district such as HR, finance & revenue, marketing & procurement
What you'll need :
- 4+ years of multi-unit operations experience
- Experience operating 10+ stores (ideally)
- An ambitious leader who focuses on leadership, communication, collaboration & integrity
- Passion for hiring, developing and spotting top talent and retaining good staff
- Bachelors (preferred)
