- This position is for the Pilot Operations Manager for Q4 (Unmanned) Global Hawk Pilot Operations Team. The team will support / supplement the Q4 (Global Hawk) International Programs at various customer and / or field locations;
- as well as providing SME support for the GAC&O Logistics Operational Support Center (LOGIC). This position may require up to 50% travel;
and when not on travel, remote work / telework is authorized. See below for specific Job Descriptions / Requirements :
Position Summary / Responsibilities :
Plans, directs, and coordinates pilot and sensor operator deployment schedule and flight training operations activities on the site, including flight training records, and training plans.
Monitors adherence to SOW, and schedule, identifies program problems and recommends solutions. In addition, may be tasked to plan, direct and coordinate Field Service Representative deployment schedules.
Directs the work of Pilot employees assigned to the Q4 LOGIC Center. Perform Global Hawk Pilot duties at various customer and / or field locations.
Serves as Global Hawk pilot for launch, recovery, and sensor operations segments of Global Hawk missions as required. Supports the LOGIC Center.
Must have a current Class II FAA medical certification and Commercial Instrument pilot certifications. Participates with customer staff in planning and execution of Global Hawk flight operations as directed.
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years aviation experience and / or 5 years in Aviation Management.
- Must be FAA Certified Commercial Single Engine Instrument Rated Pilot with a minimum of 500 flight hours as pilot-in-command of a manned aircraft
- Current Class II or higher FAA medical certificate.
- Secret Clearance Required.
- Qualified Global Hawk Instructor Pilot or be eligible of Instructor Pilot upgrade; FAA Certified Flight Instructor and / or previous rated military instructor pilot.

This position reports to Unknown City, CA, USA, however, this position can also be worked from Patuxent River, MD, MD, USA.
Salary Range : $134,400 USD - $201,600 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
